I when today for 2 sandwiches.I let the cashier know that I wouldn't put Jalapeños in a sandwich and only one. In the end to give me my food. I noticed that she forgot to mark which one was spicy. I asked him which one was spicy and he told me this one and marked it.When he gave the food to one of college , he told me that it was spicy. He is allergic to spicy because he tried the respiratory and nervous system.I called once and the woman was very rude without giving me a solution...read full review
Me and my two friends went in the bathroom together just to wash our hands and the lady banged on the door for us to get out and all we did was walk in there and wash our hands we didn't run or yell or anything.
The staff isn't kind. I've been eating Subway for 10 yrs and never got Philly this way. Little bit of meat, cheese, pepper and lots of mayo. That's it. She didn't give me other vegetables. She insisted when I wanted #1 philly that is all I can get. When I stood there wanting her to unwrap the sandwich to put vegetables I would ask for, she just stood from distant and didn't do anything just forcing me to leave.
