I when today for 2 sandwiches.I let the cashier know that I wouldn't put Jalapeños in a sandwich and only one. In the end to give me my food. I noticed that she forgot to mark which one was spicy. I asked him which one was spicy and he told me this one and marked it.When he gave the food to one of college , he told me that it was spicy. He is allergic to spicy because he tried the respiratory and nervous system.I called once and the woman was very rude without giving me a solution to my concern.He just hung up the call.I called 2 more times and they ignored the call.If the person gets sick from this situation then I will have to escalate this problem to the corporateWhat kind of people have work for you without any sense and respect for customers?

Me and my two friends went in the bathroom together just to wash our hands and the lady banged on the door for us to get out and all we did was walk in there and wash our hands we didn't run or yell or anything.

The staff isn't kind. I've been eating Subway for 10 yrs and never got Philly this way. Little bit of meat, cheese, pepper and lots of mayo. That's it. She didn't give me other vegetables. She insisted when I wanted #1 philly that is all I can get. When I stood there wanting her to unwrap the sandwich to put vegetables I would ask for, she just stood from distant and didn't do anything just forcing me to leave. She was very unkind and unprofessional. I don't want to visit this store ever again. The #1 philly w/ lots and lots of mayo was very bad tasting. Awful really. Who in the world would order like that?

Reina was very frugal with the fillings. She put exact 5 strands of onion and 7 olives in a foot long. I had to ask her to add extra thrice. Same was for the sauces.

I used this location's curbside service for the first time. It worked well. I tried one of the new lineup, the #17 Garlic Roast Beef. The meat was tender and tasted good. I'm looking forward to trying another new sandwich.

They tried charging me 25 dollars for an 8.99 breakfast footlong sandwich!? When I questioned the price the lady said thats the new price. Which is obviously not true when clearly the menu says 8.99. After some back and forth and getting nowhere I decided I wasn't going to pay a ridiculous amount for a sandwich. Once I began to walk away the lady in the back said in spanish to her coworker "he knows just give it to him the right price". I then said i understood what you said, so she then charge me the right price. Right after they both proceeded to quickly walk to the back out of sight. This was a weird interaction to say the least. Im not sure what they got going on at this place but trying to scam people for more money for a sandwich is kinda ridiculous. Keep and eye out for what ur actually paying for here. Definitely will not be coming back.

Extremely rude employees. They act like we the customers are bothering them by just being there. This is an example of poor staff training. Sandwiches are all bread and produce, very little meat. I would recommend finding a new manager and start putting a decent amount of meat on the sandwiches. Raise the price a bit if you must. At least then you will have a decent sandwich. As far as customers are concerned I would say go somewhere else . Avoid this location.

The product is 2.5 star meh but usually doable on a Sunday when I'm to lazy to look anywhere else. Most of the time the sandwich is lazily made and I don't like how you have to watch them closely to make sure they don't cut corners or you'll end up with a sandwich missing some of the regular stuff that goes on the sandwich. You ask for some oil and vinegar and it's just a squirt. Like why so skimpy? Especially for a condiment? There's just no pride in the product. The one star is because the bathroom is always out of order. They lied to me several times that some one was in there using it when it wasn't true and then changed the story to it's being cleaned. It's one star (would be zero if I could) for lying to your customers. It's weird that you want to prevent a paying regular access to a place to take a leak after visiting but another thing to lie about it. If you lie to your regulars about something like that, what else are you lying about? It's shady. I have like the lowest standards of expectation walking through the door and you can't even meet that. I may be lazy in my approach, but I'm not so lazy that I can't find some other crappy place to serve me mediocre food without lying to me.
Tired of getting all your stupid ads. I've eaten several times at multiple locations and have never ever once gotten anything other than an extremely sloppily made disgusting sandwich made by unsupervised lazy teenagers with terrible attitudes. I gave you multiple chances and you failed every single one. I wouldn't ever eat at one of your shops again if your were the last thing to eat on the planet I'd literally rather starve to death. I sincerely from the deepest part of my heart hope your entire franchise goes out of business permanently, no one deserves it more than you.

Ordered the Pastrami, literally the worst I've ever experienced. Knew Subway quality wasn't going to be great but this Pastrami was atrocious. No reflection on the service or the person making the sandwich, she was very friendly and nice. Highly recommend removing this meat from the menu. Nearly "lost my lunch" while eating this. Will never order it again.
