Panda Express started out strong years ago, with quality food at a reasonable price. over the years they have let quality slip more and more. until I can't eat any of the orange gristle they say is chicken. Chunks of fat and the occasional bone piece just to keep me on my toes. food left out for way too long at temperatures just above 100. And don't even think of going there within 2 hours of closing time, You will only get to pick from 6-7 items.What really has my panties in a bunch today is the idiot working behind the counter told me that the 2 bits of 1 inch by 1 inch chicken was a whole serving. Another Chinese fast food suffering from sliding quality and way too expensive prices as they shrink portions. I can appreciate inflation, but don't turn it into a greedy money grab, and then serve unsafe food. This whole company is suffering from greed, low wage people that don't care serving low quality food made by people that sneeze and wipe their noses as they are "reheating" old food. Never again

I visited this Panda Express around 4 pm. A couple of the dishes were running a little low. I asked about getting freshly cooked food. They were great. They asked me what I wanted and cooked it fresh. Great customer service!

Why it says it will be ready at a certain time I get here 5 minutes after and it's still not ready terrible service I'd rather drive and extra 5 miles and go to a different one ugg

Visiting her children in California from Indiana and so we were encouraged to try panda Xpress and we also had a 20 as we had a 25% coupon for signing up for the app. Very good idea and it caused us to try the facility. We enjoyed it immensely as we got the three entrée option which you can get three entrées and a side so we got the orange chicken, Beijing beef and the beef broccoli along with the chow mein is the side it was absolutely delightful, flavorful enjoyable very much now we also got on the side, à la cart crab Rangoon you get three of them very good and also the chicken eggroll which we got on the side as well. The honey walnut shrimp was also very very flavorful, and it was very much worth the Calories.

As always its a hit or miss of the crowd but you can always be sure the food will be hot and fresh. Come to late and you get what they have left but i can guarantee that you won't be disappointedVegetarian options: They have few choices that lean to the vegetarian happiness

The first time I ordered from this place for delivery my delivery never came so I had to go to the restaurant to attempt to get a refund on my order and the manager would not give me a refund for about an hour. The second time I went to this place I ordered food, and the chow mein was absolutely terrible. I ordered Kung pal chicken and they gave me the wrong side dish, and the helpings of the entrées were extremely small. the cashier was extremely rude. Do not go to this place. If you want to take my advice, I would recommend probably going to the panda express on Cherry in the new Almaden shopping center. Just a heads up.

This place is a mess! 5 people hanging out in the back goofing off, no chow mein, no string bean chicken, hardly any food of the other choices. So many people hanging around just waiting with a pile of containers piling up because there is no food.
