Out of several Paris Baguette's I've visited, this location is one that places higher than others. Most of their pastries are available, in stock, and fresh. The only general concern is the price, in which the pastries are on the slightly higher side. Their cakes are absolutely delicious, well-made, and properly decorated.
Table space is limited as it is often pretty busy.
Parking: There are many other popular restaurants and stores within the same plaza.

Super delicious cakes, nice coffee. The best cakes in the Bay Area. General 4 only because I hate to eat from cardboard plates and drink coffee from cardboard cups in dining place. After Covid-19’s everywhere everything is cardboard. :(
I was buying a cake for Christmas and after I PAID AND TIPPED, the cashier told me to go grab it from the fridge storage outside the shop. When they handed it to me outside another worker came up to me and accused me of stealing the cake from a kid. I wasn’t dressed that bad. Please work on the communication between employees and whoever else working there. It’s Christmas and you are there accusing customers of stealing a cake.

Online order for pick up, after I arrive there. The staff told me nothing for me. Waste time! Their attitude was so bad! And he can’t do the refund for me because no manager there. Excuse me? I paid and got nothing and no refund!

Being Paris Baguette regular customer many years at different countries and cities. This is the only one I had bad experience. Into the store, four, five boys and girls chatting lovely and totally ignore customers. When I ask for help, one girl came out and asking what I needed. I point to a cake I always buying and asking a Happy Birthday sign. She said we don't do hand writing which I know for years. I Just asking a piece of plastic inserting into the cake. Then she claims run out of it. No sorry or anything like that. Seems I interrupted their conversation and very unhappy with it!

I place an online order at 4:50a for 8:30a pick up and was call at 8:20 with someone yelling about an order which I was confused about bc they didn’t announce who they were with-after the confusion I was told they only had 1 twist?? Leaving my order with 1 doughnut. I told the young lady I would be right there- going in I was told they didn’t have the basic items I had order and the young man gave me a box and told me to go get my own stuff! Puzzled at this unprofessional attitude after being anonymously yelled at I decided to cancel the order, the entire point was to have it ready to go to work. The young later processed the refund on 10/13 and I still don’t have it by 10/22/24. I’ve been Calling the store and it ring for 3-5 mins and no answers and can’t leave a voicemail. This was my FIRST online order here, I’m extremely disappointed in the service and professionalism of the business.

I recently visited Paris Baguette Bakery and was thoroughly impressed. The pastries were delicious and of exceptional quality, every bite tasted fresh and well-made especially Almond croissant. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Simin. I highly recommend this bakery for anyone looking for top-notch pastries and excellent service!
Such a great place to hang out with friends any time of the day, there is always fresh sandwiches & pastries to enjoy for either breakfast or to pair with the amazing coffee they serve, for an afternoon break.
This place is amazing! Staff was so friendly and sweet! I had eaten a wide variety of their pastries and food. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious! I also really recommend the lavender matcha frappe is was amazing!

The staff at this Paris Baguette location consistently goes above and beyond to create a sense of welcome and belonging for their customers. They get to know many customers by name and care for them as they would members of their own families. They are polite, friendly, kind, and compassionate. I have witnessed many occasions when staff members have been proactive about providing assistance for elderly customers. The food is excellent and the environment is consistently clean and orderly. I highly recommend Paris Baguette to friends and neighbors.
Parking: I have never had a problem finding a parking spot in close proximity to the restaurant. Most often, spaces are available directly in front. Handicapped-accessible parking is also available.
Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome and well cared for.
Wheelchair accessibility: Paris Baguette on Saratoga Avenue is fully-accessible to those in a wheelchair -- including the restroom.
