Worst customer service and quality. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I purchased a cake from your store for a family birthday celebration, but unfortunately, I discovered mold on the strawberries when I opened the box.
This was very upsetting, especially since it was meant for a special occasion. I’ve attached a photo of the mold for your reference.
I would appreciate it if you could issue a refund for this purchase and take steps to ensure this does not happen again.I expect your improvement.

I had already ate my food and as I got up to leave I saw tiny cockroaches scurrying across the floor between the glass food displays. I AM DISGUSTED. Clearly there is an infestation issue in this establishment. DO NOT COME HERE.

The quality of the sweets, cakes, and other items at this location is noticeably lower than at other Paris Baguette branches. The taste has changed, and it seems like there may have been a change in ownership or management.

Out of several Paris Baguette's I've visited, this location is one that places higher than others. Most of their pastries are available, in stock, and fresh. The only general concern is the price, in which the pastries are on the slightly higher side. Their cakes are absolutely delicious, well-made, and properly decorated.
Table space is limited as it is often pretty busy.
Parking: There are many other popular restaurants and stores within the same plaza.
We got butter cream cake, no butter cream inside. Also coffee bun was so dry and not good taste

Super delicious cakes, nice coffee. The best cakes in the Bay Area. General 4 only because I hate to eat from cardboard plates and drink coffee from cardboard cups in dining place. After Covid-19’s everywhere everything is cardboard. :(
I was buying a cake for Christmas and after I PAID AND TIPPED, the cashier told me to go grab it from the fridge storage outside the shop. When they handed it to me outside another worker came up to me and accused me of stealing the cake from a kid. I wasn’t dressed that bad. Please work on the communication between employees and whoever else working there. It’s Christmas and you are there accusing customers of stealing a cake.

Online order for pick up, after I arrive there. The staff told me nothing for me. Waste time! Their attitude was so bad! And he can’t do the refund for me because no manager there. Excuse me? I paid and got nothing and no refund!
