super disappointing. The cold case is always broken so there are no sandwiches. going to the bathroom and there's no toilet paper. course. I found that out a little too late. do not recommend.

I’m not sure if there’s been a change in ownership, but the overall experience at this location has declined noticeably. The tables, counters, and floors often appear unclean, which is disappointing for a place that used to feel more inviting.
I recently brought a friend who was visiting for a few days, and we stopped by twice in the evening for some post-dinner treats, both visits were underwhelming. The pastry selection was minimal after 6 PM, and the atmosphere felt unprofessional.
It seems that in the evenings, the staff consists mostly of very young employees, with no visible manager present. While it’s great for peers to work together, the lack of supervision appears to lead to a lack of accountability. I overheard shouting and profanity, which is concerning in a family-friendly environment where parents often bring their children.
On both occasions, we noticed staff hiding behind the display case and ignoring customers who were asking for assistance. Simple requests like answering a question or retrieving a cake shouldn’t be difficult, especially when it’s part of the job.
I do want to acknowledge that there were employees in the past who provided exceptional service. One young woman, who I believe may have been pregnant during my past visits, consistently went out of her way to ensure guests left happy. She and another kind Persian employee always left a positive impression.
I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously. With proper training and leadership, this location could return to the standard it once held. Otherwise, the lack of professionalism and respect shown by some of the current staff may continue to harm the business in the long run.

Ordered the Dubai mochi donut , pistachio round croissant and cronut . For drink - Matcha lavender frappe. The mochi donut was tolerable not enjoyable, pistachio croissant had neon green which tasted like a chemical factory and cringy had cream missing. I used to love that from Paris baguette . The drink was good. The oil everything was cooked in smelled stale .. feeling sad that another chain may be on the first step of death. A place I loved ..

Everything is good. I love this place. I have found a cup of cafe latte and a cake of croissant (my favorite food). The price is cheap and suitable. Here has both outside sitting and refreshing cool inside atmostphere. Hopfully, I'll come back here with my friend another day. 😄

Bad service, charged me extra for oatmilk (which is okay by me) and then gave me coffee with regular milk. When I called about it, the staff was rude and didn’t do anything about it. Very disappointing attitude and services. This could have been an easy fix but the staff didn’t want to help.

Ordered a green tea strawberry cake for a birthday and what we got was a GREEN strawberry cake. I have ordered this cake before from another location and there was a lovely matcha flavor in a deep earthy rich green. This time there was absolutely no taste of green tea /matcha at all. The green was also an awful bright green. Clearly achieved with food coloring and not green tea/matcha powder. It didn't taste horrible but just call it a green strawberry cake.
Have been going to Paris Baguette for many years for their cakes. I think I will stick with blueberry yogurt next time.

I have been buying this cakes for around 2 years in Fremont. Cakes were delicious and moist, the bread sponge was moist and soft. I have bought 2 cakes from this Location in San Jose. One for the holidays and one for my birthday. The first one the bread sponge was hard, and dry, flavorless, and the cover was too greasy compared to the paris baguette in fremont. So we thought… maybe its a one time thing. We got a second one from this location and the same. The bread sponge is dry, no moist at all, tasteless. Its like eating a real sponge, and the cover the frosting doesn’t feel fresh but greasy in the mouth. Leaves a greasy residue in the mouth. I had fell in love with Paris Baguette when I purchased in Fremont a few times, so I guess not all locations are following the same standards.
