Love the choices and I have no complaints about this location or PB. However, certain type of patrons like to use their hands and/or they'll use their tongs and then leave it behind 🙄.
Went in to get a cake. The staff ignored me - they were busy with their conversation. After a while, they acknowledged me and I ordered. When they gave me the order, the free spatula was missing the candles. They told me that the candles are for sale. I asked for the Happy Birthday chocolate sign and they gave me something the size of a fortune cookie paper. I asked if they had the larger one and they told me that this is the only one they ever had.

During peak hours it can get very cramped, but there is plenty of covered outdoor seating. The communal table has really uncomfortable squeeky stools though.
