It looks like a dive place on the outside. Not bad on the inside. I am really just sad that salt and pepper was not a thing for the eggs. And the hashbrowns looked like dry porridge.
One of my fave places to get breakfast. The smashed Benny sandwiches are AMAZING! Staff is also very friendly, and brings your food to you, whether it's for there or to go. The atmosphere is a little sports bar-esque, but you can feel the history and community that's been built there too.
I came here since students and alumni have fond memories of eating here during their college days. This place is significantly cheaper compared to San Jose downtown so that's a plus. However, nostalgia seems to be the cornerstone of the experience here rather than the food quality.
