I love the pizza, when I came to pick it up they didn't even make it. Hey, sorry, does not cut it for an apology. Something of slice while you're waiting or a drink while you'r waiting or even a discount for their mistake. Anyway, a small gesture will keep customers FYI.

Bad manager. Don't get me wrong, the pizza is delicious, (try the Big Sur), the atmosphere is fun and friendly, and the employees are great. This time, however, the manager (or shift supervisor) was awful to her employees. Berating them loudly in front of customers is not good management. You should be inspiring the workforce, not making them want to go elsewhere. Bad form.

Always fresh. You get to choose your slice. For a family where each person has a different favorite this is a wonderful thing! Before PMH I hadn't had my favorite pizza for years being over-ruled by others who refused to eat my favorite pizza. Now we all get what we want!

I guess I am guilty of judging a staff by their cover, like I wasn't young at one time with blue hair. Turns out the staff was exceptionally professional and personable . I wish I got their names so I'll go with hair styles Harry, the blond with bangs, green ribbon hair & the princess Leia buns, we're amazing and purple hoodie chick too. Dude tossing the pies was very friendly and talked to my kids. I know the staff will figure out all the answers of who's who based on hairstyles. Everyone was so kind and patient with me and my two kids. The quality of the pies are consistent with each location and we go from El Paso shopping center in Campbell to Capitola. Thank you for a great experience, which is not some thing that you ever think of when you go out for pizza, but we had one!! T/y

The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars was their service was great. I hadn't been here in awhile so the woman working up front told me all the pizzas they had by the slice. I really wanted the little sur but apparently it's no longer available by the slice. I ended up with the vegetarian and cheese. Nice that they have pineapples in the refrigerator. The cons --- and this is huge. Why is their pizza soooo salty. And the price of the slice is insane. I spent like $12 for the slices and a bottle of sprite. (Possibly more but I'm hoping not). I don't recall their pizza being that salty and also what happened to the pizza sauce. Sadly, while convenient to the movie theater I'd probably try just the salad next time. But even those are pricey.

Always great pizza, and nice people. Great selection of by-the-slice, the bacon chicken is the best, but you really can't go wrong.Cheesy bread is an amazing deal. Caesar salads are good too.Very kids friendly.

Bought several slices (5) to eat inside. Also ordered a few to go, they promised they would be finished in 20 mins. Time to check out, they forgot to bake pizza. Had to wait another 20 min. Love the pizza.

The Pepperoni Pizza is solid choice, and the service and staff are great. If you want something close to a New York style slice this is worth a look.

Always a fan of the Hawaiian pizza here! I feel like prices have been consistent and affordable throughout the years. Sometimes you just want a quick, warm taste of pizza by the slice and Pizza My Heart always gets the job done! Conveniently located next to AMC Saratoga 14 so it's an easy way to get a cheap snack before/after a movie without the expensive movie food prices :)

Pizza was really good. They didn't have any pepperoni ready or in the oven at lunch time which I found odd. Had to wait for them to make one from scratch. When the guy brought it out he the then on the table and almost knocked everything off and then ran away. Place was nice but there were kids running around screaming at the top of their lungs.

Relaxed atmosphere.Parking: Lots of parking but right near an AMC movie theater so could be hard to find a close spot to park depending on when you go there...but worth it!Wheelchair accessibility: It's ADA code compliant.
