This place has many characteristics of a shabu place.1) The place is clean.2) The ingredients taste healthy; fresh vegetables, housemade noodles; and the broth is not too heavy or oily3) The seafood is fresh4) There is bar seating. There is only bar seating with seats in a rectangle so you will be facing strangers if you look ahead. Two out of the four borths are GF, they also offer GF Ponzu and Soy sauces and to top it off they have Shirataky noodles. In short this Shabu place is great for Celiacs. Oh, the very first question from the waitress was about allergies. I love this place !Dietary restrictions: Great for Celiacs

I have indulged in a late lunch at Tabu Shabu twice. The staff did a great job of describing the options and preparation process, after learning it was my first visit. They checked in several times to ensure things were going well and offered advice. There are a variety of protein options and the vegetables gave "farm to table vibes." The meat was high-quality and the ponzu dipping sauce was delicious.Parking: The parking directly in front of the restaurant is small and crowded.
