The salmon didn’t taste fresh at all. Loved the portion though. But since it didn’t taste fresh I threw half of it away.

The "hot" chicken was cold. Portions kind of small. The tables are sticky. The workers were kind of cold

The rice was vinegary
There is nothing worse than soggy, mushy rice in a poke bowl. Absolutely ruins the meal. The other locations don't seem to have this issue.

I was disappointed for the first time and I ordered crispy shoyu chicken bowl a few minutes ago. But there were no sauces and they didn't see my needs("without cucumber"). I think this is the first time since 3~4 times.

Just look at how beautiful the bowls look with the hijiki seaweed sprinkled on top. The portions are huge and I love how zucchini noodles are an option for the base. I am very partial to zucchini noodles, particularly ones in marinara sauce with spaghetti squash noodles as well, but I digress. Here, I usually do 1/2 and 1/2 with sushi rice.
For protein, they have some saucy fish like "spicy miso salmon" and "garlic oyster tuna" which I never had, as well as regular stuff like "spicy tuna".
The mix-in options are plentiful. Personally, I am good with any place that offers the two fruits, pineapple and mango. Some more unorthodox stuff like grape tomatoes will keep you feeling healthy too.
The only troubling thing is that you have to pay extra for seaweed salad (if you build your own bowl), which is understandable but there are still places that offer it for free. There are other bowls with preselected options that include seaweed salad, just so you know.

Food was medium quality and cleanliness could’ve been better. The food line was pretty dirty and nothing looked clean.

Oh my gosh, this place makes the bomb poke bowls! I am very particular when I get pike bowls. This place made me happy! I will definitely be going back! The only recommendation I would make is is that they peel the cucumbers or use Persian cucumbers because the regular cucumbers they use have super bitter skin that throws off the what should be a clean and fresh taste. I picked them out which made the bowl perfect.

This store needs employee education. The young staffs are all arrogant and handle the food I always order roughly. I always NEVER pay tips.
Give me a break - these part timers who can’t understand what food and hospitality service are. Pathetic.
