“Had a delicious sandwich here. Staff was so hospitable. My husband didn’t realize he wouldn’t get biscuits with his meal and when he went to ask staff where they were they explained that. He wanted to get them so much he ordered some and when they came they were so thoughtful and gave him an extra biscuit! They also slightly misspelled his name (not a big deal) and were very careful to confirm and change it right away. Fantastic service!“
“Pro: delicious fried chicken tenders!!!! My fav actually. I am comparing with KFC (too oily), chic fil li (bad batter), mcd (fake meat), wingstop (chicken bites and not tenders)
Con: they need to clean the tables, soda machine area. They don’t even leave napkins or straws for customers anymore. :( they used to! Getting too pricy!
5 crispy tenders, bread, 12oz soda(?), mashed potatoes with gravy for $16.99!!!! Their blackened ranch!!!!“
“I got carry-out, so i can't speak on the atmosphere. The spicy tenders, red beans and rice plus a biscuit is my standard order. The chicken and side were good. The biscuits were a bit old and dry.
I was surprised to learn that a weed dispensary is in the rear of the same building as the restaurant. Kinda brilliant on the part of whomever made that decision. There is another fast food restaurant across the parking lot.“
“This place tastes like Popeyes and what you see is really what you get which is sometimes hard to come by in franchised fast food joints. I usually get the 5 tenders combo from them and I love the english muffins that come with them. The 6 piece wings dishes aren't bad either and they have a good assortment of sauces and flavors. I have visited multiple times but I also get orders from them through doordash and it's consistent across. I never ate on site but the personnel was always nice.“
“Can’t really say much about fast food but of all the Popeyes locations in SJ, I prefer this one since they’ve been the most consistent with my orders over the years. Even though they have a drive-thru, I still prefer to order inside since it tends to be faster as no one’s in there and I can also watch them pack my order and catch it right away if they forget an item. The staff who work in the front are usually nice and are generous whenever I ask for sauces and utensils too.“
“This is my absolute favorite Popeyes location. The chicken is always hot, delicious and well cooked.Whoever is frying the chicken really knows what they're doing! The people are very nice( Elizabeth is wonderful) and the tea is good and full flavored which is a plus since I don't always get soda. I've come here for years and always had a great experience.
Vegetarian options: The fries and mashed potatoes are very good! The Mac and cheese is excellent

“I love tthis location...the staffs are so friendly and they asked if you want anysauce. I asked for 1 sweet heat and they gave me. Some other pop eyes location are so stingy about sauce and dont even ask if you want any sauce....they dont give you for free. I paid some time 0.30 cents or 0.50 cent for 1 sweet & heat sauce even when i spent over $25 for fried chicken.“
“aside from the food, which is always very tasty, when i order online i usually add many sauces. every single time they forget to even put one sauce! i once spent $10 on sauces and they didn’t put a single one.
one worker, he appears to be older, wrinkly face, asian maybe, is pretty rude. he acts like he doesn’t want to serve you at all and is not friendly.
