Mobile ordered a 10-piece family meal. They put 9 cold drumsticks and 1 wing without any chicken breast or thighs.

First time in 10 years, ordered 6-piece "wings" combo (mashed potatoes), medium drink, regular recipe ($13.65) Was handed, burnt, old, drummetts! In shock I approached the counter to ask if the meat is supposed to be burnt/old? Young lady looked me up/down, laughed sarcastically, yeah! Then walked away. Wow 👌 that's too bad 👎 took one bite, went to look for someone to give it to.
I couldn't give it away, no one wanted it, had to throw my money in the garbage. Bad food and bad service=no bueno.

Came here around 9pm and it’s not as great at night. Tried to park in the back but there was a homeless person with his bicycle spray painting. I parked far because I did not want any trouble. Self order machine did not work. I tried to order the family feast but it tells me to order at the kiosk when I press checkout.
Order took 20 minutes to arrive which was a bit longer than average fast food.

Chicken breast was dry like hay. It’s been in the heater for a while. The leg and wings are great.
But inside the restaurant is clean and tidy and the staff was polite and hospitable.

Something changed about this Popeyes location. Seems all the food is left out longer and SOGGY! Fries are stale and tough. Not worth the $$

Chicken was undercooked, still raw inside. I ordered 4 leg and thigh, 2 of them are undercooked and you can see blood and pink meat. It's a very serious food safety issue.

This is the store nearby and kids love the fried chicken especially wings and legs. So we usually ordered family meal onsite with the mix of more legs and wings. However this time it was different. The store manager insisted we had to order in her way with no customized mix. Although we told her we could pick our mix before, she threat us to call police if we insisted our way. We were forced to order additional meal for kids.

We don't like the way to be treated inconsistently and be threat.to get out of the place if we disagreed

No complaints on Classic Popeyes chicken flavor. Good amount size ( additional pieces if there are smaller ones) but parking is not ez. This is a my pick up place when there are 2 folks in the car :)

1551 Saratoga Ave San Jose CA, location sucks, horrible customer service. I ordered ahead and waited for another 15 mins for my order. They couldn't tell me why I have to wait. All they said it's the app and it's corporation's fault. Manager needs customer service training, including the staff.

They opened 10 mins LATE at 10:40.
Paula the manager was yelling, “where are my keys?!”, while coughing all around the place before she finally found the keys.

Finally got in and she said, “sorry the cook is out, we had to wait for a new cook. So u have to wait another 15 mins for the chicken to cook.”

Not punctual, no service, & no apologies.

Never coming to this branch again.
