The foods here are made with love. This place serves one of the tastiest banh canh in San Jose. The staff are genuinely nice folks but most importantly, the foods are delicious. Their other outstanding dishes are bun bo hue and mi quang.

Food was incredible! The woman / owner was so sweet and recommended dishes for us to try in the future as well. We had the #11, #14 and a rice plate. All four of us, my two kids included, ate our entire plate. Must try!

Best authentic Vietnamese food I've had in the South Bay. The lady works the front was super friendly and gave us great tips on what to get. Everything we ordered was delicious. I live near San Jose also we've had plenty of Vietnamese food but none compares to Quan Hue. Don't sleep on it cuz it's in a food court.

It lost a star because of the way they served water and hot tea in paper/plastic cups. Food is ok as usual but the paper and plastic cups turned me off.

Best banh xeo in town!! It's not too thick or too oily and it does not have an overly coconut flavor, like other banh xeos I have eaten. If you love banh xeo, I highly recommend trying out Quan Hue. Oh, and the owner lady is super sweet!

We ended up at the food court in Lion Plaza to check out Bo Ne Phu Yen, which was amazing. We were still hungry and aiming to try more food and Quan Hue had great Yelp reviews. It did not disappoint! The owner, Annie, was amazing. She wanted to know when we'd eat our takeout and helped guide what food would be best. The banh xeo (a Vietnamese crepe) was phenomenal. It was light with a ton of fragrant herbs and lettuce. We demolished it. We also got steamed rice cakes, which were so beautifully balanced with grilled pork, lettuce, and silky soft rice wrap. Annie also had us taste one of her salads while we were waiting for our food. It was a beautiful blend of flavor and texture. We will certainly be coming back. Quan Hue and that food court in general is a goldmine.

This place is really good! They serve all the food that I am super familiar with! Bun bo hue, Banh Khot, Banh Xeo, and other common dishes... this place is by far the best one in this food court! The lady is super sweet and super nice when it comes to taking our orders. She is super friendly and recommends popular dishes at her restaurant. The wait for this isn't long but when you order here... you get one of the best bun bo hue soups, ever!

Finally had a chance to try this place after having it bookmarked for years! All I have to say is WOW and I'm addicted. The thit nuong rolls were absolutely delicious and you can tell they were made fresh. The perfect amount of rice wrap to filling ratios. And my personal favorite was the banh khot. Omg I'm still drooling over these perfect little "pancakes". This place is a must try if you're in the area.

Ordered their Banh Xeo and it was crispy, flavorful and loaded with bean sprouts and a few shrimps and pork slices inside. Came with a small cup of hot tea. There was a large order ahead of me so the wait was more than 20-25 minutes to receive my order, which they didn't tell me until I checked back after waiting...

My friends and I usually get together about once every quarter or so and we get take out or do something simple. This time we got take out from Quan Hue. I placed my first order with one of the ladies there, she didn't speak much English but I was able to complete my order. As I was waiting for my order, Annie the owner came from the back. We started talking and I found out 2 of the orders i thought I ordered they didn't have. So I had to place a couple more items. Annie recommended #1 bbh and couple of broken rice. Which I went ahead and ordered. I also ordered 10 egg rolls. See the photos of all the food we ordered... hahaha Everything was delicious! Some items had to be reheated only cuz I had to drive about 45mins after I picked up the food.

Quan Hue is GREAT!!!! My 1st time here and we ordered: #1) Bun bo hue #3) Mi quang #9) Bahn uot thit nuong #12) Bahn khot Service was quick, food was AWESOME, and lady owner at the front was super nice. Her teen daughter was also assisting with food orders in the front that day so they work extremely hard and efficient together at this small family business. Will definitely return again soon!

The Bun Bo Hue is very flavorful and perfectly spiced to my taste. I just added more chili oil and peppers for my personal taste. Overall, the service was good and everything was great to my own liking. The lady, name Anne or Annie, was very helpful and nice, definitely one of my go to BBH places.

Nostalgia hit me hard today so I decided to relive my childhood eating in this plaza and from this decades old restaurant. Expecting only good food, who knew I'd be blown away by the owner of this restaurant. She took care of us - really, truly. As my friends and I were discussing what to order, she willingly jumped in to help us refine our choices. Also, when I mentioned that one of my friends was gluten-free, she went out of her way to confirm her vermicelli noodles had no gluten by sharing the actual product she used so we can verify the ingredients ourselves. The cherry on the top was her honesty. With our stomachs bigger than our eyes, we ordered several items for just the 3 of us. She literally stopped us in our tracks and said that's too much and so, we removed an entree thanks to her recommendation. And she was right. If we had that additional dish, it would've pushed us over the edge. We managed to finish exactly what we had to end up feeling perfectly content.Impeccable customer service aside, we very, very much enjoyed everything we ate. We particularly liked the banh uot thit nuong - no surprise it's one of her most popular and top dishes. She herself expressed her pride about the dish. We also ordered com tam with the works. It turns out the fried chicken is gluten-free since it's made with tapioca flour (my partner was delighted). I would also go out of my way for her banh bot loc because it tasted fresh and not reheated like other Hue restaurants in the area. I did wish her banh khot was crispier but that's a personal preference. And the bun cha nem nuong was good bang for the buck.I could go on. Like we also loved the tea - a lovely finishing touch to a hearty meal. Anyways, we'll have to come back for the banh xeo since she bent over the counter just to get our attention while at our table and told us we should try this dish next ?Dietary restrictions: There are gluten-free options.

Stumbled upon this restaurant located in a blast from the past food court that had me feeling like I was in Vietnam. Met the owner who has been here for over 30 years. She recommended the #3 and #9, which were amazing. The soup dish is half way filled with soup and was very flavorful, fresh tasting, and had so many different textures. Highly recommend it!
