The older women at the register was very helpful. She answered a lot of my questions that I had and gave me different options. She made me fail comfortable with ordering food from here. I have gluten allergies. Am gluten free.

I would like to start by saying that I genuinely love Raw and eat here several times a month, which is why this experience was so disappointing.

I have an autoimmune condition, and consuming gluten causes serious flare ups and inflammation in my joints. When I am exposed to gluten, it can affect my ability to walk comfortably or even use my hands the following day.

I specifically ordered and paid extra for a gluten free bun on my burger. Instead, my meal was served on a brioche bun. I had already eaten half of it before realizing the mistake.
This was not a minor inconvenience. For someone with a medical condition, an error like this has real physical consequences. When a customer clearly requests and pays for a dietary accommodation, there should be greater care and attention taken to ensure the order is correct.

I have always enjoyed supporting Raw, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider ordering again.

I come here every time I’m in town! I love everything I try. I love all the customizations too. It is great to see new items on the menu as well. A must eat vegan restaurant.

I had the Biscoff Cookie Protein “MILKSHAKE” Smoothie. It was DELICIOUS, it Tastes Just Like A Vanilla Milkshake with cookie crumbles on top. Updated from previous review on 2026-04-18

I received a text saying they had a BOGO deal and that the Green Goddess was back in stock. When I arrived, the store was quite busy as usual. The staff told us about a promotion on smoothies—buy one, get one free—which I couldn’t pass up. They also mentioned they were launching a new seasonal item, the mango sticky rice. It’s quite different and pretty good—I’d recommend giving it a try. Lastly, the staff be super friendly and easy to talk to. Give them a RAISE lol. They seem to be working super hard back there. 👍

I’ve heard amazing things about Raw and finally came in to try. The acai bowl was delicious and the beyond bahn mi was really good! nice atmosphere for a fast casual bite. will definitely be back to try more items. Updated from previous review on 2026-03-14
