Red Lobster

Unfortunately, it took about 20 minutes to get us our table. Once we were seated, it took about another 30 minutes to get a glass of water. The server came in high as a kite, reeking of marijuana and laughing 😃 it seemed like she didn't have her act together. Because it took us a long time just to get our water still. We were dying of thirst. And before they brought our water, they gave us the bread. Now, we got really thirsty. Finally, she brought us some water and our drinks. We ordered starters, and they came out fairly quickly. It took about 3 hours to have dinner here. Not very good. Visit somewhere else.

We came for crab fest !  Fatima was the hostess who greeted us and took us to our table. She was very nice and personable. Francisco was our server, and he was top-notch ! Very friendly and personable, and he took good care of us during our meal. One of the best servers I have experienced anywhere. Fast on his feet, friendly, and made good suggestions. Couldn't have had a better time! Give that fine young man a raise! We will be back ! 👍

I came in for dinner the food was delicious most red lobsters you have to ask for more of something not here very well seasoned and cooked they are serving hot food me and my family will back again thanks for the hospitality 👍🏾

Our place in Fremont closed. The place was great. Maybe the prices were to high since the economy started crashing .

extremely slow service and never received an item we ordered. we had to call on another server just to get the check and some boxes because we rarely saw our server. loved this place growing up but was disappointed coming back.. :/

Had the seafood platter at Red Lobster—fresh, flavorful, and filling! Service could’ve been more attentive, but overall a good meal.

I had the pleasure of meeting Francisco, a young man, who I was told is a newer server. Francisco’s customer service skills are genuinely incredible. He is attentive, and asked me about things I needed before I could ask.

It's been awhile since, we been back. I got free dessert from “ Red Lobster app” for birthday. My brother Tim, treated, the appetizers crab mushrooms,  calamari, and lobster pizza, were “Great!” Especially the  calamari was very crispy and chewy at same time. The quality of food was excellent. The service was amazing, we appreciated the refill of there famous  cheddar Bay biscuits. They crusty outside and tender inside. My brother was disappointed that ran out of the admiral feast. Which is his favorite. We were suprise that they sold out. That was a first. We definitely come back again. We plan on it because of Red lobster app after scan our  receipt, we got free appetizers.

We had an excellent meal and the biscuits were delicious as always . My husband surprised me and ordered a hamburger. He said it was delicious! Service was excellent!

So happy to find there is still a Red Lobster in San Jose. Great family dinner with all our favorites served by an excellent wait person! Will definitely be back!

Hello to all of my family's Eastside neighbors Evergreen neighbors in San Jose in general tonight. My eldest brother wanted to celebrate his birthday at the red lobster identified here many times I find that people will complain about service and I'm not saying that I'm not one of those people when there's terrible service, but I can say that when there's excellent service, I also ensure that those people get recognized and tonight I salute the staff the manager from A-to-Z our waiter. Henry was amazing. The hostesses offered help with everything I was fumbling with which was a cake, candles lighter they took care of everything for me and then they even offered to come out as a group and sing happy birthday to my oldest brother, and it means a lot. It means a lot so I just want everybody to know that it's all about East San Jose and Evergreen from now until forever more because this is what love is thank you red lobster. I'm gonna tell all my friends and we will be back!!
