Revopot has a steady, comfortable atmosphere that makes it an easy choice for a casual dinner in San Jose. The space feels clean and organized, and the short wait time made the evening feel smooth instead of rushed. The menu has a good mix of options, and the flavors stay consistent without trying too hard to be trendy or overly complicated.
The service is calm and attentive, with staff who check in at the right moments without hovering. They handle questions about ingredients and dietary needs with patience, which adds a sense of reliability to the experience. The food comes out at a reasonable pace, and the portions match the price point well.
What stands out most is how balanced the whole visit feels — nothing overwhelming, nothing disappointing, just a solid, grounded meal that leaves you satisfied. It’s the kind of place you return to when you want something dependable without the noise or pressure of a more crowded spot.

Just went in, 3 different employees saw me at the entrance, not one said Hi, Please wait or something, they just went by like there was a ghost, not even we'll be with you shortly or anything l. It's a weekday not busy day can't imagine customer service on a busy day! I left, obviously no one cared, try iTea next to them, they had not only tea but delicious entrees!
In a world where good service is becoming extinct, Matthew is a rare gem of a server. Super friendly, on top of everything, and you can tell he really cares about doing his job well. Great service!

Came here with my cousin before the New Year. The place was fantastic. The food was good and the service was excellent. There was a this selection of food and sauces. The restaurant itself is also very clean.

I've been a regular here for some time. They've been getting better every time. Service has always been on point. Staff is pretty attentive checking in on you without being over bearing. If you been to seapot, they got the conveyor belt for the veggies, fishballs and other bits running around. They have some booths along with bar seating with the belt running directly in front for easy access. Sometimes I prefer this since when sitting in the booth usually the person on the outer seat needs to get someone else to help grab something they want. When I first went their hot foods were left out in those things buffet lines used to keep foods warm but it just didn't hold out well. Coming back you could see they made some changes by having the hot foods be something you order through the staff but it becomes much more satisfying and an option I would always indulge when I come. I went again in Christmas and saw that they have continued to expand their offerings on both the hot foods as well as protein. Can't really argue with the value you get when coming in for their lunch pricing but their dinner pricing is a step up from other ayce hot pots I would say. Their sauce bar also hits every note you need.

The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is friendly and efficient. The broth is flavorful; however, it seems to contain too much MSG. The meat tastes great but is sliced too thin. The vegetables and other ingredients are fresh.

This is the second time I came by 9:20 in Friday night and the serves said they are closing now?! We just 2 peoples and craving for hotpot but it’s seem to be they dont want to serve for customers anymore! That is how you run the business in among of the other restaurants still open at least 15’ before the closing time setup?! Thanks and never ever comeback!

Really great service, and employees were super friendly. Getting our meat plates was very speedy and we appreciated that. Loved the sauce bar and chicken feet.

A fun experience, your own hot pot with your choice of broth flavor and meat. Then there is a conveyor belt of veggies and a bit of seafood l, noodles and meatballs. We made reservations for 7 people at 630pm on a Thursday. We could not fit a booth so we sat at the counter. It was a little difficult to chat while eating so we ate first. The thick veggies are cooked first (squash, taro, corn), then throw in the cabbage, mushrooms or spinach. The noodles are plentiful, i prefer the egg noodle while a friend wanted rice noodle. The seafood takes about 2-3 minutes, any longer then it is rubbery. Meats chosen is variable, beef is quicker to cook than pork. There is a plate to allow your food to cool before placing it in your mouth. There are spices as well as dessert and appetizers to choose from included in your AYCE price. Drinks are, however, extra. $35 per person is a little steep considering I didn't request a lot of meat and filled up in veggies. They add service charge for more than 5 people in group. Service was nice and efficient. Our plates were cleared and we we able to request water. Fried chicken, fried wonton and calamari were filling. You can request sesame balls for dessert as well as a fruit plate you choose yourself.

We came as a party of four for lunch and ended up waiting an extra 30–40 minutes for a booth, even though several larger 5–6 person booths sat empty the entire time. The manager, Anthony, refused to seat us there, saying they were only for parties of five or more—yet no large groups ever showed up, not during our wait or the 90 minutes we were eating.
Most seating is single spots along the conveyor belt, and we just wanted to sit together as a family. The manager’s inflexibility made the experience frustrating and felt like a waste of time. The lunch special ($19.95 for one hot dish and three plates of meat) was mediocre at best. Overall, poor service overshadowed everything else.

We love the new artificial grass and pavers in our backyard. The landscaping team was professional and efficient, and the result is fantastic!
Have been here twice now, once with my wife for my birthday and once just a few weeks ago with my family. This is the best all you can eat food restaurant that we've ever been to and as an added bonus it's a hot pot restaurant. I don't understand why other people are complaining about the meat portions or the quality of meat. The different cuts of beef and pork that we've had so far we haven't tried the chicken have been some of the best tasting meat we've had in our life. It is insane the variety that they have for the brothalong with the food options that come continuously on the conveyor belts right in front of you. We love that there is plexiglass with little windows where you can reach into grab the food to keep things more sanitary. This is on top of the extra food you can get along with the different flavors and seasonings you can add to your base all included for no additional charge on the side of the restaurant away from where you are eating. You don't even need to get an appetizer with how quickly everything comes out and the variety of food that you get standard.

Went at dinner time with a group of friends. Wait time was 1 hour. Bathroom were kept up clean. Love the design of the sink. Food was great. Our server was attentive. Asked about a discount we read online but was informed that would come in the mail if we live in the area. Which we do. So fingers cross that gets done. Overall a good experience.

When I first walked in, this place reeked of a weird smell. Meal was not great and meat quality is worse than other AYCE hot pot places. Service was rude and they have a terrible limit of 6 meats per round, independent of how many people are in your party. A party of 6 gets only 6 meats when a party of 2 next to us also got 6 meats. Won’t be back 😂 they also charge auto gratuity even though it’s not displayed anywhere
