Avoid at all costs! Waisted 20 minutes for utter rubbish! First of all I ordered chicken salad and it was around $17 for such a small plate. Secondly the guy had my order ready but forgot to call me. The food was not even that good. Will not be coming again

Honest review. 5 Stars!!!! My wife and I went here we wanted to get something simple. My wife got the Shrimp Tacos and I got a Chicken Taco and the Pulled Chicken Sliders with Garlic Parmesan Tater Tots. I wasn’t ready! Since I’ve been in San Jose I have not had food that taste this good. The sliders were FIRE!!! Absolutely would order again. The Tater Tots were my favorite part. Every bit of flavor that the chef made this food with was evident in the flavor of the food. I am not trying to hype up this spot at all. From my experience and personal perspective I don’t think there is a food truck or restaurant that I’ve had a better food experience! Try it for yourself but man the Pulled Chicken Sliders…👌🏾

I was at work, starving and jittery from my coffee. I couldn’t handle another day of hospital cafeteria food, so I figured today I’d splurge and go to roadhouse 48 since they were parked outside. I was so excited to see that they had sliders and tacos. We waited in line for a few minutes then walked up to the tablet to place our order. Unfortunately, a cockroach came out of the truck and onto my coworkers hand when she was placing her order on the kiosk. Obviously we didn’t eat there, and ended up canceling our order. The people behind us weren’t phased, since they still ordered. I think if you’re going to be stationed at a hospital, cleanliness is of upmost importance (We literally sterilize surgical instruments, we’re kind of germaphobes) 2 stars for atmosphere for bringing chairs and tables. At least it gave some of the other healthcare workers a chance to sit while waiting for their food. That was nice.

The food was fine, but our order took almost an hour before it came out. Simply asking halfway about how long it would take got an incredibly rude response.

Food came out slow but tasted good. However, I ordered items that cost over $30, but the tax was almost $7. It seemed like they either automatically included a 15% gratuity or charged more than 20% in taxes.

I kept trying to get the worker’s attention, to ask if they accept cash. I kept saying excuse me at the order window and all three of them kept ignoring me. So I left and I didn’t buy anything. Terrible service

Horrible customer service at the Ascent Apts Rather than welcome customers, they’re more like pushing you away because they don’t have the help.

Delicious! The truck was parked outside our apartment complex in Milpitas and it was so convenient. We were able to place our order right away on a screen and waited less than 30 minutes for the food which was fantastic! We ordered several different sliders and the nachos. Everything tasted good but my favorite were the Jack sliders with the jalapeños. Mmhmm. I hope they come back soon. So far, this is our favorite food truck that the apartment complex booked for us!

They set out chairs for you to sit on, which was pretty cool. Fast service. The fries were well-seasoned and tasty. I ordered a quesadilla. It was burnt and tasted like charcoal. It's not hard to cook a quesadilla... It's a 2 out of 5 from me.

Apparently no one has ever told him that cabbage is a vegetable. So when you order tacos with no veggies…. That includes cabbage!!!!!

Took over an hour for my food, they use old oil to cook the food throughout the day.

Stood in line for over an hour and a half for three tacos and then the person run the truck said we can’t get our food and we’ll be refunded. If the owners knew what was good for this business they’d hire an assistant it’s outrageous to wait that long and then just give up on everyone’s orders.
