The person answering the number did not tell me the Branham location had moved so I arrived there and when saw it closed, called snd they said come to the Santa Teresa location. I drive all the way over there only to find out they never filled my order!!! Hello people, wake up! I ended up ordering from the Thornwood location and they were wonderful, Go there instead!

My friend and I ordered pizza to be delivered on Monday night. We ordered two pizzas online with a gluten-free crusts (Guinevere's Delight and Gourmet Veggie) due to her food allergies. When they were delivered, we discovered that one of them was made incorrectly (received Chicken Gourmet instead of Veggie). Annoying but not a big deal. Then while she was eating one of them (Guinevere's), she had a feeling that the crust might not be gluten-free due to the thickness and texture of the dough. She called the store and the person she spoke with gave her attitude and said that they weren't ordered as gluten-free and was completely unprofessional. He ended up pulling up the online order and acknowledged the mistake and someone delivered the correct order of the Gourmet Veggie on a gluten-free crust and took back the other one. No apologies were made and they didn't offer a partial refund or credit. We're not picky about our food and we are pretty understanding when mistakes happen, but giving a customer an ingredient that they specifically asked NOT to get is completely unforgivable. Whatever the reasons are when asking for gluten-free food, those details when preparing an order is CRUCIAL. Thanks to the careless employees at this particular Round Table, my friend had to deal with uncomfortable side effects and we most likely will never order from them again.

Loved this round table pizza before. We would often come here to pick up pizza, and the lady here was always nice. The gentleman on the phone argued with me about a coupon for 24.99 for a large pizza. We tried to place an order for 4 large pizzas. He said we cannot use the coupon for multiple orders, even though it was one order for 4 pizzas? Made no sense. He then offered me 15% saying it was a better deal. I can do 3rd grade math, and it was not. After saying I have ordered here many times before and have not had an issue using this coupon, he basically told me take it or leave it, and hung up on me. If you are the owner please talk to your people about customer service. I really liked this location because it was convenient. I may consider finding another.Update: in response to message to managementHe did offer me the 15%. He also told me this was better then my coupon. Which it was not. I appreciate that he offered me the 15%, but hanging up on me when I said I was considering going to another round table was rude. A simple " I apologize the 15% is all I am allowed to do," would have been nice. I probably would have taken it. Instead I went to another local Round Table who honored my coupon. I gave them a extra 10 dollar tip because they were nice. If you are wondering why your round table is not generating more money, try sending your manager to a customer service training. You have a great location. You should always be busy, but your reviews are probably what keep people away. Almaden is not much farther, but you get better customer service there. Good luck.

I don't leave reviews. But. These people are Extremely rude. The service is terrible. The owner needs to train their employees and teach them how to handle talking to customers. How's this place still in business? Never coming here again. Cali pizza is not far from here and they have the best pizza and service is amazing. Don't waste your time and money with these people.I called right back and asked if my order was already started since I placed it 1 min ago. And you said "No". Which I proceeded to ask if it was "ok" to cancel it since you haven't started it. U decided to hang up on me. It's just bad management and no wonder why the staff is the way they are. It comes from the top. I called you back and you say we are closed. Like a child! That's why you have terrible reviews.

My husband and I walked in today to grab dinner for our family. My husband asked the worker if there any specials. He answered with an attitude “no”. Another customer came in and he totally disregarded us to welcome the other customer and asked if she was there for a pick-up. We were still standing in front of him ready to order, and then he tells us to step aside if we didn’t mind so he could help the girl. We felt very disrespected and left. We are huge round table fans, but will never visit that one again. Guy had gray hair and blue eyes. Very rude!

Very dissatisfied! This location is closer than the other one a few miles down, but after my last visit I would rather drive the extra distance. After receiving my order I asked for a side of ranch, the employee said it would be fifty-five cents. I asked politely if he could just give me one and he said no, considering that I spent almost forty dollars on one large pizza, so I just paid the extra cents. Not only was he rude, but he also threw my change on top of my pizza. I've never had issues at this location until my last visit, especially when I ask for a side of ranch. I understand the extra charges for sides, but I asked for only ONE.

I did call the location the following day and was told the manager was not in until 4pm. I was over a month ago but I came in with proof off a $100 charge for an order I never received. Yet you weren't able to resolve the issue. Unbelievable!!!!

I haven't been here in a while but I waited for about 5-10 min before anyone came out from the kitchen and when a man came out he acted annoyed that I was there. He took my order and I said thank you and not even a word from him other than asking my name for the order. Not very friendly or customer service oriented , not sure why he's working here if he doesn't want to be here . I didn't believe the reviews until I was going to post one. My favorite round table is on white rd and aborn they are fast and very friendly . They should close this location down . It's run down and is empty and looks like it could use some revamping .
