We ordered pizza to go with full instructions for lite cheese 3 times . They loaded the pizza with extra cheese and when called upon had the audacity to rebuttal sayinr that’s their standard for light cheeseDo not give any business to this incompetent store . This is the second time they have done and not accepted any responsibilityOn top of that the pizza is damn expensive . A medium cost $34 !!! Last timeSpoilt out Friday evening dinnerVegetarian options: I can’t see veggies as it is all covered with extra. Cheese despite asking for light cheese !!

I have been avoiding Round Table since the Morrill location closed. That was our most favorite spot for pizza. Extra friendly employees, some excellent pizza. When we went to RT in Morro Bay for NYE, we decided to get pizza and it was good but not Morrill good but good enough for us to give RT a try again. Actually a few tries. First we attempted the Calaveras location, it was ok. Then again and it was a hell no for me. The pizza just so bad. But thats a different review. So here we are, wanting pizza again and we decided to go to Berryessa location because my husband really wanted RT. The guy that helped us was the same guy from the Calaveras location, nice guy. I asked if he switched locations and he said it was the same owner for both locations. I just looked at my husband like, here we go! First the garlic twists: Fluffy, nicely cooked but I kept tasting something weird with some cinnamon flavor. I wasn't having it. I move to the pizza. It was ok, something about the sauce was just not right to me so I only ate 2 small slices. I did end up feeling nauseous with bad heartburn later that evening that led to a random panic attack. I definitely will no longer be eating at this place.

I've ordered pizza here once a week for almost a year now, and up until recently, they were killing it. Great pizza, great service every time. About a month back, everything changed. The pizzas started getting thinner and smaller, toppings more scarce, hardly any sauce. Just sad excuses for pizza. It's definitely not worthy of the RTP name. Tonight, I ordered a large King Arthur with heavy red sauce, and what I got was a dry ass pizza with ZERO SAUCE. I mean, not a single drop to be found anywhere on this pizza. So not only did I not get HEAVY red sauce, I didn't even get the regular amount that would normally go on it either. I'm terribly disappointed. The previous 3 times I ordered with them, the pizza wasn't horrible, but not great either. It's still better than Domino's, but that's really not saying much. To top it off, I ordered a large side of ranch 2 of the times and didn't get it. So that was fun too. The part that really annoys me is that this pizza isn't cheap. It's almost $35 for a large specialty. I never felt like I was getting ripped off cause the food was always good before. Now I just feel like I got hustled. I will NOT EVER be back to this location, and I might be done with Round Table altogether. I can get subpar pizza at outrageous prices literally anywhere. You guys should consider changing over to a Papa John's....

I try to avoid ordering from the Milpitas RT as the owner is very frugal when it comes to fulfilling your order. Unfortunately, I decided to try the berryessa location instead, as its the only other one closest to me since Morrill closed. They do not accept online coupons. I placed an order today that included a beverage and sauces, and i did not recieve these items. I had to double check my order and request for these items. The same owner runs this location as Milpitas and i always come across this same issue there. Its not a coincidence they always forget to include the beverage and sauces. Go to the North First st location, they accept coupons and provide paper plates. I ordered to two mini pizza's and requested pepper packets. I was given 1 pepper packet. Don't run a franchise if you don't want to sell your products! I am paying for the additional sauces and beverages, not asking for free stuff. At the minimum i would like what i pay for.

I just been here yesterday with the small cheese and pepperoni. Also a side of salad with ranches, i don't really write review but the food quality is good, hot pizza, fresh salad. The staff also really friendly and always smile. Highly recommend for everyone if you haven't got anything in mind when you hungry !!

Never going to go here again. We booked a room for a Wednesday evening for my son's soccer team and their families and when we got there the room was already in use. The manager's name is Natalie and the person at the counter, Vy, said she has no idea there was even a reservation. I asked questions about resolving the issue and asked when I can talk to the manager later in the week. Vy didn't seem to know much about her manager, nor when she would be available for me to call. Vy states the manager "sometimes comes in. I don't know when she'll be here this week." I asked Vy what happens when we book a room in advance and we see that it is occupied? Her answer, "I dont know." A lot of the responses I got- "I don't know." I asked "how can we resolve this issue?" Vy's response, "I don't know." The food was mediocre. I ordered a salad and at 6pm, there was barely any salad left. We sat down at a table. It was broken and unstable. Vy attempted to fix it, then started walking off when I looked away. I asked if it was fixable. She said "I dont know." She didn't seem to know what to do, so I suggested for it to be moved since it's unsafe/unusable. She just didn't seem to have the ability to resolve things and left when there was an opportunity to escape a conversations/concerns that needed attention. Her problem-solving skills were just not present. I don't think I would ever go here again because of the poor customer service that appears to be directly related to management, in which I was given the impression that staff was never given the proper tools to resolve problems. Staffing was also poor, as Vy seemed like the only person managing the register and making pizzas. After I received my plate for the salad, I had to wait about 15-20 minutes for Vy to come out of the kitchen area so I can ask for a fork. By that time, I had already eaten pizza since it was getting cold. I did, however, eat some salad, but I prefer to eat it with a fork, not my bare hands. For a group of kids who really just wanted to celebrate their soccer season with cheese pizza, I would pay triple that to Round Table at any other venue.

Called for a delivery only to be put on hold for 5minutes to later be hung up on. After I called back the second time they stated their was no delivery driver and my only option was for pick up. After going back and fourth a number of times I was told they would call me back because they had more customers in person? What about the entire time I spend on hold?. I decided to call another round table who even offered me a discount for placing a pick up order. When I informed the low wage cashier about the discount he just said we'll have a good day. The rep continuously kept blaming the manager nataly or something, no customer service. I will take my business else where. Ever since Covid this place has been going down hill.

Person at reception was eating as he attempted to help and had a hard time communicating as he tried to chew his food. Just horrible customer service and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Their online order won’t let you add extra ranch which I usually do because places charge, came here and they wouldn’t give me an extra small ranch unless I went to my car and brought him a dollar. Definitely stingy. Rather get a worse pizza somewhere else who treats their customers better.

I love Round Table's Maui Zaui pizza!!! This place is very quiet and not very busy. The owner when she's there is very friendly and attentive.

Ordered online, and still had to wait 40 mins after pick up time. They started it after I signed the receipt. After the order came it had little if any cheese on it. I PAID for extra cheese. A waste of time and not worth coming back. Stay away!! You will get scammed out of your toppings you paid for.

As a refugee from our beloved Round Table on Morrill which closed recently after 35 years, we were forced or lead to this place on Berryessa. Let me just say it was horrible in comparison to our go to place. Not all Round Table Pizza places are the same. The pizza was under cooked and looked nothing like what we normally would order, the all meat special. It seemed and tasted like too many corners were cut in that there was way less meat on this pizza than what we expected. In fact, there was little or none sauce on the pizza which led to an overwhelming meh experience. We will never return!
