The new special from this location was a big disappointment, the advertisement has plenty of pepperoni, my pizza had a lot less than expected!! Would have tasted better with more pepperoni, bacon decent amount, will try at another location.

It's been a while since I ordered or even came inside. I do recall bad service through the App. But I needed to wait for an RX from CVS next door, I decided to try out RT again. It has not changed much inside. I only had a beer since my wait was little over half hour. The TV's definitely need to be changed out. Off colors and the picture was not crisp. The beer was good!

Would give them zero stars if I could... this store was the only one able to deliver to my area and I payed everything online and made sure to tip. I made it clear that it would be no contact delivery on the app and to leave it on my front door porch chair but when the driver got to my house to deliver he walked up banging on the door obviously you could tell he was irritated and he started to scream at me telling me why didn't I order from a closer location... trust me if I could've I would've. He got loud and aggressive to the point I felt unsafe. I'm definitely calling corporate. Food came super cold.

This place always brings nostalgia! It's been my local RTP for 40+ years. Other than some minor cosmetic updates and electronics upgrades this place still maintains that old school "last honest pizza" vibe. Clean and spacious. No frills, but its a good place to watch a game and enjoy a pitcher of brew or wine. Tried and true ingredients will always produce a great product, which is why this establishment will be frequented for another 40+ years!

Came here for piDay. Unhelpful workers just standing around talking. Also, they didn't honor the Pi Day deal because they didn't have a QR scanner and couldn't type in the code, apparently. Wasted my time. Looked up the Yelp reviews and pretty much the same experience. Definitely not coming back here.

The place was dirty, smelled like feet. The pepperoni had a strange tang to it. I was feeling ill by the end of my second slice. The parmesan shakers had clearly been sitting out for way too long. I even found mold in one of them. And they no longer have the salad bar. The prices are just way too high to forgive any of this. The staff was nice, at least.
There's a bug if you order online from their website. If you order before they open, even 2 minutes before they open, the website schedules your delivery for noon. I selected "Now" (NOT "Later") but the website did an override, set it as a scheduled delivery, and selected noon. He said otherwise I could've gotten it by 11:15am.

Very poor customer service. I work in the food industry and know what we can do to help our customers and bring a positive experience. The lady in the front did none of the sort. I don't write reviews but It was a real frustrating experience.
