Just had a pizza delivery from this location. Entirely raw dough. Huge safety hazard. My pregnant wife just took a bite and threw up. Come up guys and gals...you are feeding people. It used to be my favorite of all times! But I've noticed it's getting dryer and dryer every time I order. Disappointing and I'm the only person who likes Round Table at home?

Service was bad.Prices were ATROCIOUS. $63 for a large pizza with 2 toppings and 7 sodas ($3.50 a piece).No games for the kids and half the TV's didnt work.We won't be back...

This location should be shut down and not open for business. Wanted to get some pizza but at arrival the place looked and smelled like someone just put out a fire. The entire location completely filled with smoke, not sure if their ventilation is broken, but there is clearly some issue. Aweful smell. Obviously they are also not open for dine in, all chairs are up on the tables, cardboard boxes stacked on tables, filthy everywhere, not inviting at all. Only 2 people working, no greeting, got ignored, so we left after a couple of minutes. Also totally overpriced for low quality food. One of the worst locations they have. Go somewhere else.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION- We went in to pick up our pizza from an online order we placed through the Round Table app. We redeemed 125 points to get ourselves a free pizza. Once we got there, we showed this guy our confirmation and he said that they don't have the order in the system. He then told us that the order may have gotten mixed up with another location but we showed them the pick up location is at THIS location on our phone. He then just told us there's nothing he can do about it because again...he doesn't have the order in the system. This seems like a re-occurring event after reading some of the other past reviews on here... like this location just magically doesn't receive our orders??? Make it make sense, you guys are a pizza restaurant...and not making...pizzas?? Plus...we spent a few minutes on our phone in the store trying to find a way to get our 125 points back since it was already redeemed. It was around 8:50pm on a Sunday and the same guy we were talking to shuts off all the lights in the restaurant. I asked if they were closing and they said yes. We leave the restaurant and the hours say they close at 10. So incredibly rude, poorest customer service ever!

DO NOT ORDER I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!! I've never felt the need to leave a review before especially a bad one but this place is the absolute worst round table in San Jose! The customer service here is always bad and I mean literally they have to try to be as rude as possible. Main complaint is I ordered a pizza online and redeemed it through the app with points. I get to the store and ask for me order and the employee tells me that it must have been ordered at a different store. I show him the address and order processed and the employee proceeds to tell me it was never processed on their end and there's nothing he can do. After he tells me there's nothing he can he tells me I need to call customer service then proceeds to head into the back. An they turn off all the lights As if they were closing and leave me in the pitch black dark in the store. After I walk outside before I even get to my car they turn the lights back on! This sadly isn't my first experience with horrible service from this store but it will be the last time! The time was only 8:50pm and the store front says closed at 10pm which was the worst part! I would have preferred them just denying my order then wasting my time and gas!

They lost our order and didn't bother to call us to let us know. After 1.5 hrs, we called back and they let us know that they didn't have the order. They told us we could order another one but would need to play full price.

Did an online order at this location and they said they never got my order. Manager was rude and said "well I don't have the order so It's not my fault". I had to get on the phone with round table to cancel my order and get refunded. The customer service number said the order was processed and picked up when I literally just got to the location. Lots of seating inside and lots of parking though, decoration is old and runned down. Needs major upgrades. All in all, I would steer clear from this location.

Paying premium prices for RT pizza used to always ensure a premium quality pizza. One of my go to pizzas has always been the gourmet vegetable. Very disappointed recently when I discovered stringy, woody leaves on the artichoke hearts, undercooked crust, and somehow burned vegetable leaves on top. The last honest pizza seems to be skimping on artichoke hearts that can actually be swallowed.

We used to go here often. Just left. Beer warm($7.95 a pint). I told them. They did nothing. No toilet paper in bathroom, which was locked...i had to get code. Restaurant floor filthy , also. Pizza not cut properly..quite a mess.... I could not cut with plastic knife i requested. Horrible service... Never returning...disgusting... My bill was $58.00 Do NOT go there! So sad.....

DONT COME HERE. THE WORKERS HERE WORK HIGH OFF THEIR ASS.THE NAME OF THE WORKER IS ALAN. HE WAS EYEING MY FRIENDS CHEST. TALK ABOUT SEXUAL HARASSMENT. my friend went to pick up a pizza that we ordered on the app we had the confirmation and the invoice with the date and the time and the address of the place and he said that he didn't have our order and he's only been working there for one month. We asked if there was a manager there and he said no so we asked him to call a manager and he said that the manager was going to come in later and I was like what about my pizza now like we want the pizza now and he just kept saying oh the managers not here like no s*** Sherlock. My friend said that she sounded really high and he looked high and I called the restaurant myself and he picked up the phone and he definitely does sound high. He was slurring his words and just sounded so confused

We always eat at this place when we want to have pizza, and the pizza is delicious. Shawn, the owner always provides best service. We had our dinner there tonight, and as usual the pizza was fantastic ( much better than other roundtables), and the service was superb. I highly recommend you to try this place.

I've not ordered Roundtable in quote sometime because there value for pizza is terrible. Decided to try anyways. I ordered a double play pepperoni pizza from a guy that was rude to begin with. From the moment I ask for the special. Well mind you the total for the pizza is $29. For a basic pepperoni pizza. When I receive the order there were no double the amount pepperoni and my pizza look nothing like the picture. Not only was it under cook and burnt at the same time it was drowning in grease. The total for the pizza that you call a special was $29 and worst quality then a little ceisers pizza which I expect when buying there pizza for $8. This pizza is $29 and the guy does not even offer you forks, plates napkins,or a smile even. Nor peppers or cheese, you have to go back inside to ask him and the nice owner that he is gives you 3 each for large pizza. Do you know what $29 pizza gets you at got to go pizza or high five or Jake's pizza all of the things Round table doesn't. This is a $8 pizza at most. I will tell people save your time , your money, your aorta, and the space in your garbage can and don't order this glorified little ceisers pizza
