This small food court restaurant in a shopping mall has to be one of the cheapest Thai restaurants in the country.
It's also one of the least tasty.
I had one item combo for roughly $10.
The pad thai was as bland as it could get, and there was nothing in there except rice noodle with barely enough sauce to color the noodle orange.
I also had Bang Bang chicken, which had simple flavors of salt and sugar, and there was more batter than chicken meat.
I would not spend my $10 there unless I had nothing else to choose from.

WOWOWOWOW!!!! This food was SOOOO good and so filling!! I absolutely LOVED it!! ???? It's in a food court of the mall, so it's really hard to hear what is being said, but there is nothing wrong with pointing and smiling. I definitely would recommend coming here!

Should be called "Ruby Salt and No Flavor Thai Kitchen". Worst Thai I ever had. Sorry to be honest.

They offer a delightful escape into authentic Thai flavors right at the heart of the food court. The dishes are vibrant, fresh, and consistently delicious, with standout options like the Pad Thai and Green Curry. The service is quick, making it a perfect spot for a satisfying meal on the go. Friendly staff and generous portions add to the overall excellent experience. Highly recommended for anyone craving a taste of Thailand!

Really loved this place!! Their mango chicken is cooked with fresh homemade sauce and it’s even tastier than Orange Chicken from other places. The coconut shrimp is also really tasty and a great choice for kids and people who like sweetness.

I have eaten at Ruby Thai Kitchen twice. The first time was amazing and the second time was very good. I'm not sure the food was any different but I could have had a different experience because the first time I took the food home and ate it there probably while reading a book which would have been more enjoyable whereas when I ate there the second time I sat in the mall and had my lunch, and the mall is busy and noisy, so I think the food was pretty good both times but it was hard to be objective. I had the tofu with eggplant, the pad thai, and one other dish, on both visits. Everything was tasty, and the Thai iced tea was also fairly good.

Love the twist of Thai to the traditional Chinese fast food. Their coconut shrimp? Huge prawns and so good! The chow mein and fried rice are pretty decent too. The mango chicken is so not your usual orange chicken. It’s got real mango vibes. If you’re into spicy stuff, definitely ask for their hot sauce and that secret chili oil. It kicks things up a notch! Gotta try their hotpot-flavored fried fish next time!

Vegetarian options: All sides vegetarian. Eggplant Tofu and Veggie rolls
