First of all the service was terrible. We went around 300 pm so there weren't many customers at the restaurant. We waited more than 15 minutes to come and take our order.
The food was 4/10. My wife's rice plate was dry and tasteless. My crispy noodles were overly salty. They didn't even bring us any water after we asked for them.

The first time I came to eat, the food was very good, but yesterday my family came to eat and it wasn't as good as the first time, the kitchen wasn't ready, the food was salty... but the waiter seemed to want to send the guests home...
It took us a long time to get our noodle soup, and surprisingly, we got our sides a bit later while already having our noodle soup. The portion was so big that 2-to 3 people could share one noodle soup. It was okay, nothing extraordinary Vietnamese feeling of their dishes. Because of the portion, we ended up packing the rest for to-go.
We paid roughly $70-75

It’s been 5 years since my last visit, and the food has got worse. We tried fried fish, lotus salad, salty fish fried rice, and hotpot. They all were sub par, especially the dipping sauce “mắm nêm” has gotten so bad. It was very good the last time we visited. We asked & found out they have new owner & kitchen staff.

After finally being seated, we waited 40 minutes, and no one even came to take our order. Frustrated, we decided to leave and went next door to Buon Me Cafe, which turned out to be amazing in both food and service.

I highly recommend checking their health reports you'll see how many times this place has been shut down due to cleanliness issues. It’s shocking that they’re still operating after all that. During my visit, the clams were completely spoiled, and the food overall just didn’t seem fresh. It was such a terrible experience.
This level of negligence is unacceptable for any restaurant. If they can’t ensure basic food safety, they shouldn’t be serving customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, it’s not worth the risk.
