Pretty good pizza but I would not ever go here for drinks, ordered 1 amf and it only came with 1 shot of well liquor in total, amf should have atleast 3 shots of liquor at minimum. Really bad environment too it’s so crowded for overpriced drinks, also easy amf was almost $20 for not even an amf… would not recommend. Better off at any other bar in downtown

My wife and I just moved here and were looking for new places to explore. We stopped by after getting pizza next door. Came in on a slow Thursday night. Miles was our bar tender and we absolutely loved him. We told him what we liked and asked him to make us something amazing. And he did. The whole staff was fun, laid back, having fun together. I will definitely be returning!

Made a bowling reservation for a Sunday afternoon for our teens’ birthdays. The place was nearly empty upstairs, we were helped downstairs to the bowling area. Someone helped us get our shoes and then he disappeared. There were zero ppl working downstairs. If we’d needed to exchange shoes or have an issue with the bowling we would have had to walk all the way upstairs to the other side of the building to find someone to help us. We saw a server walk by only once or twice while we were there. We’d wanted to order food but there was literally no one around. It was a huge bummer and we ended up only staying for one round of bowling. Also, the bowling set up was really not well thought out. There’s no seating besides one long bench along a brick wall next to bar height tables. The pathway for people to walk through is between the bowling and the seating so there were constantly people walking through.

Went for bowling. Their lanes are in bad condition. The screen doesn't work, balls don't come back and the scores calculation is incorrect. The staff is never present at the counter.

Team Building was not an enjoyable event -- lane 1 machine didn't work correctly, bowling balls kept getting stuck, incorrect pins automatically being placed. I had to go upstairs MULTIPLE times to get assistance. Certainly not worth what we paid.

Best place for watching football. Their outdoor patio has amazing vibes. Waiting staff is very courteous and helpful but food orders do get delayed as the place tends to get overcrowded.

Ruined my friends birthday celebration plans. It was our first time going to San Pedro Social and we were really excited. Turns out it's not a great place and the employees hate it there too. We booked online to go bowling. But they do not honor your reservations. We got there and waited 20min to even get someone to speak to us. Then when a staff member comes, he barely acknowledges us and says he's super busy. Okay. I tell him we just wanted to check in as we have reservations for one of the bowling lanes. 3 we're currently open at that time. He then proceeds to say they don't have any lanes for us because they gave it to someone else. I said, “but we made reservations online, does a lane not get saved for us?” He said no they don't save it since we didn't even pay yet. What. If you don't accept reservations, don't have it on your website that we can make reservations. We could have booked a land at Bowlero if we had known SPS would have terrible customer service. At that point, bowlero was fully booked and we could not get a bowling lane. To say they ruined our night is dramatic sure, but in all honesty it was a huge disappointment and messed up the plans for my friends bday night which I'm sure you as the reader understand. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We went here for a Christmas party for my work and rented the karaoke room. So much fun. The basement which is where the karaoke room is located, with 3 full lanes of bowling, a small arcade and a bar on the 1st floor. The only thing I would say they had another bar on the basement level and would have been nice if a staff member was their to make getting drinks easier. Would definitely come back and have already recommended to people I meet for a fun night out.Parking: One part is since it is in the heart of downtown San Jose you will have to pay for parking either on the street or in a garage. I paid $8 an hour in the parking garage I was at.

So, I'll start by saying I made 3 back to back, afternoon reservations at SPS on New Years Eve, which also happens to be my birthday. In NO WAY were we there to celebrate NYE. My first reservation was at 1pm for lunch for 10 people. All social media platforms said they opened their doors at 11, cool. We arrive, and they don't open until 3. No explanation. Just locked the door on us. So had to find something to do to kill 2 hours. Bowling was fine, our reservation was at 3pm, but they were extremely understaffed and begged us not to order any food. We were basically the only people there until 8ish, and yet still couldn't serve us food or get drinks finished in a timely fashion. No server or attendant was around to help us so we had to keep going upstairs to the bar to order. Ok, fine. My reservation for karaoke was at 5, bartender told us it should be no problem to get a spot in there all evening as it wasn't super popular. Go down there, and they tell us the room isn't available because it's the VIP section for the DJ who is headlining that night...at 11pm...OK? So, I know that they are new, but overall this experience was only so-so, and for my group, that spent well over $500 at their establishment, our treatment was less than so-so. We stayed until about 9pm, and the final straw was being told we could use the photobooth, then being told by the person attending the photobooth that it was only for NYE participants, and it didn't open until 9 (literally 15 minutes). Will I go back? Probably not. The good did not outweigh the bad, and I understand it was NYE, but I also know it's not THAT hard to be organized and let your customers what is going on. But it didn't even seem like staff knew what was going on. Overall just a bizarre experience, but thanks for taking our money!
