The food is good, but I’m pretty disappointed with the portion size. I ordered extra chicken on my chicken teriyaki, and it looks like they’re skimping even more now, especially after switching to smaller containers. I remember when the chicken used to completely cover the rice and vegetables—those days are long gone.
Edit: The response confirms my suspicion that the small portion size for “extra chicken” is the new normal. This is rather unfortunate. Honestly, I would rather have seen steeper price increases than small price increases and a lesser quantity of food.

Affordable, fast, and large portion. If you're looking to fill up on a meal and not spend as much, then this is the spot. I typically eat here when I'm very hungry and not so picky.
The portions are huge for the price, and you can even add more meat for the extra protein.
Most people will probably be good with a standard portion and still have some left over.
The gyoza was a decent appetizer as well.

This review is just for the food, as we ordered through Uber Eats and did not visit the restaurant. I should have known better to get the buy-1-get-1 free deal, as the steamed veggies in the chicken teriyaki was spoiled. Since the vegetables did not smell or taste right, we ended up throwing the veggies out.
If I was at the restaurant, I would have let them know so they don't serve other patrons the veggies. I tried calling but no one picked up the phone. Hopefully we won't have an upset stomach since we did take a few bites before we realize there was an issue.

For those who have the app, they wont honor rewards cash in person, only orders from the app. Girl at the register is rude.
They canceled their Tuesday special so now I won't be going back again. C'est la vie!

Oakridge location is a mess. Cooking (reheating) cooked shrimp in the middle of raw chicken. Their set up is sloppy and the customer service is awful. Food tasted okay but not good
