I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this Sharetea. This location has one of the rudest managers who once I pointed out their mistake chose to just walk away from me. Will never return to this location.

The young girl working there was intentionally ignoring me cause she was chit chatting with her friend on the counter. I waited for so long cause I thought he was a customer but nope, no apologies whatsoever. I was standing there like she wasn't seeing me

Not sure what happened, it seems the Lime Mojito formula changed. I always get the same thing here usually. I loved the sourness and bite. Now it taste like weak tea with a couple slices of lime. No longer worth the value, especially it costs a bit more. I had it remade and let them know. Unfortunately, it confirmed that the formula changed. Maybe go to Hillsdale Mall or downtown San Mateo for the real formula for their Shared Tea Lime Mojito. Bummer….

Very hit and miss...no consistency on drinks.. can ask for 100% on the sweetener and it comes back not sweet at all... can ask for not sweet and it comes back sweet.. good teas but again no consistency
