I love the mini pearl topping and the drinks here are good. I got the thai tea and I liked it.

This place is major hit and miss... very very inconsistent on drinks... ya order a drink today it's good.. next day ya order the same drink the same way no modifications and its totally different. Sometimes they let the tea just go to long and it's very very bland and it's just dark and its bitter. Sometimes it's on point.. but a lot of times it's a miss..

Very hit and miss...no consistency on drinks.. can ask for 100% on the sweetener and it comes back not sweet at all... can ask for not sweet and it comes back sweet.. good teas but again no consistency

Warning: This ShareTea makes their drinks on the sweeter side. The 30% sugar here tastes more like 50% at other locations. This isn't my favorite ShareTea location due to how busy it is and the ordering process. The line moves slowly due to how slowly the ordering tablets work. I don't know if they need to be updated or replaced, but just scrolling down on the screen can take up to a minute. The text system notification is also inaccurate, I'm not sure why they use it. You'll have to stick nearby to hear your order number get called out because text doesn't come until much later. The good thing is, they are quick to make the drinks so despite having so many people in front of me in line, I still got my order in a few minutes. It's a decent pick if you're on the first floor of the mall and looking for boba. I also like that ShareTea has milk tea options with the pearls included so you don't have to pay extra for the topping.

We came for the promotional event. I would recommend the "Cake Hound" drink, the strawberry iced blended with lychee and ice cream. The server was attentive and patient with us. The place was well decorated and cute. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and was thankful for experiencing the wonderful collaboration together.

Got the QQ Happy Family Milk Boba tea. It had all of the fun stuff. Bean, boba, Lychee, and more. Heavenly to say the least. Phoenee (spelling) was a great host.The tea was loaded. I mean loaded. If you visit the Valley Fair Mall, this is a must go place for Boba.

I am glad they don’t have one of these near me. So addictive and delicious. I usually always get the mango green tea with half the sweetness. So refreshing. They also have a mango freeze which is similar, but like a Slurpee with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It tastes just like a Creamsicle.Last time I tried the coffee freeze they have - it also comes with a scoop of ice cream, and is beyond amazing. Takes coffee to another level. Love the new Los Gatos location - it is so convenient. They have several locations in the San Jose.

The boba was tasty, but the line was long, there were limited seats, the kiosk was highly sensitive, and there was some wait time. However, it’s still a great place to grab a drink if you are shopping at Valley Fair with friends or family.
