Just get the actual milk teas on the right most side of the menu. They're actually really good and the sweet Thai creme is a tasty addition. Excellent service here too, I got four drinks to try amongst friends, and half of them were watery but the other two which were the milk teas were definitely a cut above the rest. Their soy milk goes well with their black tea.
This cozy spot offers a good selection of teas. Orders are placed through a screen, resulting in minimal interaction with the staff. The venue is clean and small, but keep in mind that the bathroom is located off-site.

Hands down the best milk tea in the area. Average price point, but great quality. You can tell from the fresh tea flavor in your drink. It's good to know they source their tea from Kaoshiung Taiwan. What's best is that you can avoid the long lines compared to other tea shops in the bay area. We had light roasted oolong tea with tapioca pearls.
