Food was great with a really cool atmosphere to be around. Order the" pork belly with rice and egg". The place is really unique with the way you have to stir/cook food on your own. The meats and veggies being fresh ready to be cooked on the mini stove. Staff was really nice and helpful with any questions we had. Just need to be wary of keeping an eye on your food so it doesn't burn or overcook. Can ruin the entire meal.

Never packed inside but, I'm going assume it's because there's a pho spot in the same plaza & it Be Crack'n. Parking is always an issue even though there's a lot of parking. So when you find a spot, park cause you're probably not gonna find another one. They always do the welcome, how many? smiling service when you walk in. Usually never have to wait to get seated, so that's a plus plus & now place your order & wait. They are on it with the refills & sometimes you have to ask but, that's never an issue & it doesn't take long at all. When we crave sizzle, this is our to go spot cause they never disappoint on flavors & Don't Forget to get Garlic Butter, it's a must!

This was a nice late evening spot to go to. It wasn't very busy as it was a Sunday night and the staff was friendly. I got the Shrimp and it was nicely cooked. I wish there was more flavor but I guess that's what the side sauces are for. It feltkke something was still missing though. I feel like my food got cold fast, so I wasn't able to fry the noodles more. It was a little pricey for what you get. However, I still recommend any one to try!

Came here on a Sunday night and it wasn't that busy so I got seated immediately. The workers were kind and very quick which I appreciated. The interior is very spacious and has plenty of seats to choose from, I chose to sit in a booth on the sides of the building. Beef Garlic Noodles Plate 7/10 - This tasted good and was provided a decent amount of meat, however it is pretty expensive for the price. The plate came out somewhat sizzling but died out pretty quickly, so I had to rush to cook the meat and get some crunchy noodles if I wanted. If I came back I'm not sure if I would order this again as I would want something more bang for my buck. Overall, this place is nice and a good try if you're nearby. But if you're looking for the best value on your dollar I'd recommend going to another sizzling spot.

Food -- corn fritters 10000/5 - get them, get them, get them! They're fried but don't feel greasy. Sweet corn in a crispy and light batter - how can one resist???- pan-fried radish cake 4/5 - classic dish that's done right since it gets that extra crispy crust from being on the cast iron skillet. I'd like this better if the radish cake had more flavor but it was pretty bland without the sauce.- crispy rice mam mam 5/5 - loved this! Crispy rice with pork belly and a special fermented shrimp paste sauce. It's pungent and a tad spicy and pairs well with the basil topping. - lao's sour soup pot (lau canh chua ca) 3.5/5 - another classic dish. I love the lau style where the soup gets to stay hot in the little hotpot but the soup here was a bit saltier and not sour enough for my liking. I love that it comes with vermicelli for a noodle soup meal. - beef garlic noodles - garlic noodles were very buttery and garlicky! Loved the noodles. Beef was quite tender. Service - pretty standard and no complaints I'd recommend this to friends who are exploring Vietnamese food and want to try something familiar but a little more adventurous.

This is the 2nd time I've been here and the food didn't disappoint! Came here on a Sunday evening with a party of 20 and they were able to seat us right away. All the staff were super friendly and they served us our food fairly soon after we ordered. We tried a variety of appetizers and they're all pretty good. My fav was the corn fritters and sweet potato fries. I tried the beef garlic noodle plate and it was very good. You must try it with the sauce they have on the table.

Located in the same plaza as bun bu hue an nam. They weren't too busy for early Sat evening. We had a group of 5 and there was plenty of seating. We ordered lemon pepper wings, calamari, crispy rice with pork belly ( mam mam) , galbi sizzling rice ( story road short ribs ) , beef w/ garlic noodles , and vegetarian sizzling rice (vegetarian love ) The wings and mam mam came out first, they were delicious. A generous amount of lemon pepper flavor. The mam mam was probably my favorite dish, super crispy rice, tender pork belly, and flavorful sauce. The sizzling main dishes were all super hot and fresh, great portions of meat and rice. I liked the vegetarian one the most, the braised tofu taste great with the rice. Great place to come in a group, and family style is the way to go here!

off top, their beef is crazy (that's a good thing). from my experience, the server is always personable and nice. the music is played at a good volume. some may say this restaurant is a but pricey but if the product is good, what would you expect? lastly they prepare the food at a rapid pace which serves me well bc in an instant gratification person lol. the beef garlic noodles is my personal favorite btw. peace ??

Come for: the corn fritters, radish cakes, hot sizzling crispy food!Keep in mind: special sauce is fermented shrimp paste (surprisingly not fishy)I confess, to Almighty God, and to you my brothers and sisters that I am a very Americanized Vietnamese man. I don't love seafood like my ancestors do and the smell of fermented shrimp paste sends me running for salvation.I was very scared then when my mom pointed out that the special sauce for their "mam mam" crispy rice was likely that same fermented shrimp paste (it was). But special sauce always intrigues me and crispy rice is a weakness - let's do it! To my pleasant surprise, I liked the sauce and the dish overall! It wasn't fishy at all and added an umami flavor to go along with a deliciously crispy rice. Besides that, my favorite dishes were actually the corn fritter and the radish cakes. The fritters were super crispy and each individual corn kernel brought sweetness. The radish cakes came on the sizzling platter and continued cooking up a crispy (sense the theme here?) after delivery. It came with a slightly spicy, sweet, soy sauce that worked really well since the cakes themselves don't have that much flavor outside of the egg. Would highly recommend both of these! The beef garlic noodle plate was great too. Tender beef, buttery noodles. Less special than the above but a safe option for someone less adventurous for flavor.I'd highly recommend this spot for either someone very familiar with Viet flavors or not at all. There's a people pleasing option for all comers. And always a plus - the staff is good, parking is easy.

I recommend getting the Mam Mam, sizzling Beef garlic noodles and the caramel-coated catfish. All of the food was delicious and sizzling hot when served. The servers were also nice and accommodating and love the effort they put on their decorations.
