I've tried several Sizzling Lunch locations in different cities but it's the first time I've visited this one. It was on a busy Sunday so there was no to available tables, so our party of 4 walked in, signed up for the waiting list, and in about 15 minutes the text that our table is ready came in.

Massive upgrade from the old pepper lunch. Lots of options and seasonings on the table. Staff is quick and attentive. Water is available in a big iced carafe on your table. Hope they bring back the unagi and egg option.

I feel like the only reason this place has such good ratings is because there's hella Asians around here and Asians love their rice, especially crispy rice. Lol. I ordered the spicy garlic beef pepper rice $17. In reality it's just 75% white rice, 20% beef, 5% corn. Once the beef is cooked, there's maybe 2 oz. So you are mainly eating carbs.
