These are the best burgers. I'm not much of a burger guy and was raised on McDonalds. But I now have a new favorite burger joint. Oh and I'm gluten free. Gluten free buns yes!!!

This place is definitely one of the coolest place in the area. Anytime I visit this place I am so pleased. They manage their very high level service and the topmost level of cooking they provide. You surely will enjoy this this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Excellent burgers, made to order, priced right. The taste was incredible! The restaurant is trendy, but the music was a bit overpowering (of course, we were sitting right beneath one of the speakers). Restrooms were clean. The wait for the food was average, actually, what we would expect for food this good. This is a definitely a great place to have lunch, if you're looking for a great burger at a reasonable price. If we're in this area again, we will almost certainly return.

I had the smash burger with brisket. It was delicious! The service was excellent and I felt overall it was a great value! I would definitely recommend and come to Smashburger again.

I ordered classic double burger and bacon smash burger. We didn't eat all day so we were very hungry. But burger taste was terrible!! My wife gave up after 2 bites. It smells stinking like very old oil used. Price was very expensive compared to other fast food store so expectation is very high. but taste was really bad. I would not go to this place again.

Went once and they got my order wrong. The burger looked good but they don't provide a bathroom or hand sanitizer to clean your hands.
The truffle mushroom swiss burger!!! The best! The beef is grilled to perfection, the mushrooms with the truffle sauce makes a perfect balance together.

I ordered online. my kid picked it up. told them my name and they didn’t give her the drink. I called and the manager said he can’t do anything about a refund for the drink and to contact corporate. How about learn some customer service. :|

The burger I tried (truffle mushroom with bacon added) is delicious. The partially melted cheese is draped over the juicy beef, the mushrooms piled generously on the perfectly cooked patty and bacon, truffle mayo spread over it, the bun sitting on the whole creation. The lettuce and tomatoes are crisp and fresh, bursting with flavor upon your tongue. The fries are masterfully created in such a way that they don’t feel greasy, and the tater tots are perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, and creamy on the delicious inside. The shakes are cold, but your soul feels so warm as you sip it on a summer day, calmly watching the passerby and enjoying the shake, one sip at a time. I feel like I’m writing an ad, but this is honestly the experience. Because of this restaurant’s popularity, you may encounter a longer line. But I tell you, the reward, your burger and fresh fries, will be worth it.

The service used to be better but has dramatically gone downhill. I walked in today (12/12/19) and there was only one customer at the register. I thought "great, I won't have to wait." Wrong. The customer ahead finished so I stood back waiting for the cashier to say "next." I waited, and waited, and waited, and waiter. I thought, "ok, well, I'm kind of staring at the menu, she probably thinks I'm not ready" so I walked up to the cashier. She still does not acknowledge me and I see her entering orders. I think "wow, the lady in front had a big order." She finally says, "oh I'm just entering these last orders, I'll help you." I said, "ok, I was looking at the menu earlier so I figured you thought I wasn't ready" - referring to when I was standing back from the register. I thought "ok, she knows I'm ready" but nope she then continues to enter orders.
