Went here today around 2pm and it wasn’t busy, about 2 groups in front of us ordering. I got the strips and my coworkers got the sandwich. Everything was cold. The chicken was cold and the fries were soggy. When I went to refill my drink I knew why it was cold. They fried the chicken before hand and have a tray on the counter and they just build the sandwich and sauce the tenders as the order came in. Who knows how long the chicken been there. one of the only places in sj to get gluten-free fries! the food is delicious and the service is fast in-store, even while many online orders are being filled. everything from the salads to the hot fries are delicious.
