The people working there were not doing jobs right instead the employees were laughing and messing about on the job very unprofessional for any standard workenvironment. Second how do you have stuff to make hot coffee yet at the same you don't have the stuff to make iced coffee or Frappuccino etc get your priorities straight!?

Tables are dirty, staff is always chatting instead of taking orders, no one come to clean up the trash are fullHomeless just walked in to go thru the garbage making a bigger mess without nobody do

Walked in hoping to pick up an ice coffee or frappe and what I got was a rehearsal for an episode of friends yes the employees in front were laughing and giggling on the job not very professional how is it you have stuff for hot coffee teas etc but not ice or frappes didn't like it walked away in disgust.

Saturday, 8/12/23, around 3:30pmService to customers was unfriendly. The workers were too busy talking to each other and don't focus on servicing the customers even with a simple smile. Need to focus on customer service than talking to each other. Because of this, I'll go somewhere else that cares more about the customers. Too bad. I hope management retrains their employees to focus on customer service.

If you want good customer service, then don't go when Caroline is there! She has the temperament of a fighting chicken!!! She's extremely rude and very unprofessional!!! She'll straight up ignore your complaint! She talks to customers like she's ready to fight! If you want your drink right or even remembered (for us regulars), then only go Mon-Fri mornings. Desire and Isaac run the place beautifully and actually smile! They're both very nice! Weekends are run like a dirty frat house and you may or may not get your order correctly! But it's comedy to watch 5 workers constantly run into each other on the weekends! And it still be a hot mess... Well sadly I'll be finding another Starbucks to go to until Principal Trunchbull (Caroline) goes away! She probably has a chokie closet for her employees in the back!!! Disappointed loyal customer.... (x- customer)
This starbucks is always out of ice, lemonade or even brown sugar whoever manages this spot does not know how to manage an inventory or pars for a restaurant set up an order guide and understand your customer needs it's simple.

In the Heart Story & KiNg.. Its East Side so I'd Expect in all Honesty always the service provided is with Heart, Respect and Pride as any East Sider should carry themself.. If not than any& all should def kick Rocks.. We aren't ghetto.. We had some great & pretty speedy Service with a smile! Love Hate Coffee but I Love that Green Tea Frapp!

1/24/23 - My coworker and I were at Starbucks today for our walking meeting and I forgot my water bottle at Starbucks, but the girls there remembered me and kept it for me when I came back to retrieve! Not only that, but every time I come here, the workers are always so nice and have such fun vibes, so we love talking to them! Little things like that makes me enjoy stopping by for a break, even though I know how hard service industry is! Thanks again!
