I had the best experience at this shop a few weeks ago. I usually order a white mocha with strawberry cold foam, but they were out of the strawberry when I visited. Isa was incredibly kind and helpful; she suggested I try the lavender since it has been so popular. Because I hadn’t tried it before, she gave my friend and me a small sample to taste-test first to make sure we’d like it before we ordered. No other Starbucks get’s it right like this one! I have had the best London Fog and FPHC Frappuccino from here! Customer service is amazing and I love that they seem to craft the drinks just perfectly!
The barista was excellent. Even though she had about three orders going at once she stayed focused and was polite and efficient at her job. This is the Starbucks located on king and story road inside the target store. I didn't catch her name though. She's a tall blond. Working at 9:00 am on Tuesday.
