This Starbucks is no bueno. Zero atmosphere. Espresso machine was broken. The only redeeming quality was that the staff, although they were completely overwhelmed, were super nice and were working really hard. Just seemed like it wasn't managed well. Like whoever franchised the place figure that Starbucks just sells itself and mailed in the effort
The manager is really nice ! Thank you so much for helping correct my Caramel macchiato fiasco (: I was having such a bad day and inconvenience after inconvenience but thank you for seeing to it things went

It was good to try the new oleato latte ! It was good ! I got my string cheese , avacado spread and butter croissant as usual ! It is good like a tall cup of pike place ! I usually like Starbucks but it is different from Peet’s coffee ! :)
