My girlfriend sent me a mobile order to this Starbucks location and they had me waiting for 20 minutes for my drink. One of the workers asked me to get a screenshot of the order but I don't have a phone that receives picture messages. But they didn't seem to care very much. I most definitely will not be coming back to this Starbucks when the workers can't solve a very simple issue and make me my drink without so much hassle. Or at all. And my girlfriends account was still charged for the transaction that I never was able to receive.

Its better to order online due to the fact that the line is extremely long like traffic on the 680 & 101 on the weekends.
Long line with 3 of 5 employees in back chatting and laughing leaving two to help everyone.
