They wont let you order inside, they rush you to order so you forget to scan your starbucks card and then laugh when you say you wanted their deal, do NOT add when you ask for extra like extra caramel. Overall you can tell they are rushing and not caring about getting the order right or making sure the customer gets everything that they need the way that they want it.

I went there to grab a coffee before my 2 hour drive home. As soon as I walked in they pretty much kicked me and my family out, saying they were closed. It was 8:30 and they close at 9. Then we tried the drive-thru, the girl said she would take my order, but interrupted me halfway through saying they were busy. We waited for about 15-20 minutes before having to leave since no one gave us service. We checked inside and saw them standing around not doing much. Never going back.

They got my order wrong, and told me it would be no charge through the drive through and told me to wait in the front and they would bring it to me. After waiting for a bit I decide to get it from the inside so they wouldn't have to come out and when I went inside they had actually said they were waiting for me to come in so they could charge me for the larger size. Really odd interaction, had they just told me that from the start I would have understood but the way they went about it felt malicious. I was nothing but kind and patient I only wanted my correct order.

I love coming here but they need to get their hours updated and stick to them. I have gone 3 times up and early at 6am and either it is closed off with cones, someone’s is there alone or no one is there but they leave a piece of paper on the window explaining. Kind of upsetting.
They were extremely busy. But, I was greeted. I didn't go through the drive-through thank heavens it was had a massive line. The coffee could have been better It was a little too sweet. And the food shouldn't come out before the drink. By the time I got my coffee the sandwich was warm and not hot.

Before starting my new relocation job day it's a must to begin with some Starbucks. Nothing is better than to jump start my workdays with a caramel frappuccino and a croissant!!!
