Starbucks is a bustling coffee shop where customers can order online and pick up at the drive-thru. Despite the chaos, staff aim to provide a welcoming experience, greeting customers promptly. However, there may be inconsistencies in drive-thru instructions, leading to confusion. The coffee, while not perfect, could be improved with less sugar. Food and drink orders can also be mixed up, with hot items arriving lukewarm. Despite these issues, some customers still enjoy their favorite treats, such as caramel frappuccinos and croissants.
