Food complaint:

I received expired or spoiled food.

I placed an order, a part of it tasted bitter, sour, and unpleasant.

I immediately informed the manager about the issue, but she firmly denied the possibility of spoiled food.

She claimed that I had eaten half of the sandwich, despite the bitter taste appearing later, and insisted that all food was fresh. As a result, I was required to purchase another sandwich, which was actually good. But it spoiled my day

Every time we get our cars serviced across the street at Quality Tune Up Car Care Center...we walk over and visit this Starbucks. It is a really perfect Starbucks -it is the right size, many friendly staff (met Monica the Manager -darling) The Iced Mocha is Divine! Popular place....and, as rule:: very very nice staff.

Left some food from another store we had picked up at the counter. Came back after 30 min and found it safely taken and kept.

Appreciate the staff on duty!

The Starbucks at Santana Row is exactly what you would expect from a classic Starbucks experience with the added bonus of being located in one of the most vibrant shopping and dining destinations in the Bay Area. Whether you’re grabbing your morning pick-me-up or taking a quick break from shopping, this location delivers reliable, fast, and easy coffee every time.

It’s a high-traffic spot, so don’t be surprised if it’s bustling with a steady stream of locals, tourists, and remote workers. While it can get crowded, the staff here moves quickly and keeps the line flowing efficiently. Mobile ordering is definitely a time-saver at this location, especially if you want to skip the wait.

The menu is your standard Starbucks fare, which means your favorite lattes, cold brews, teas, and pastries are always available and consistently prepared. The baristas are friendly and efficient, and even during peak hours, your drink is usually ready within a few minutes.

Here is a tip if you are not working at Starbucks

Skip the line by ordering ahead through the Starbucks mobile app, then pick up your drink and enjoy it at the quieter public seating area near the Santana Row fountain or across from the Winchester Mystery House for a more relaxed vibe away from the crowd !

Mid Starbucks in an otherwise awesome Plaza. Can this place finally close down so we can get a better coffeeshop in its place? That's what Santana Row needs.

Had an awesome experience here. Jailen, Kay & Yixsell are awesome Supervisors. When you go in there, I highly suggest looking for them.

I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks, always receiving hot water as a courtesy. Today, a new employee refused, insisting I must buy something. This inconsistency and rigid policy feel unwelcoming, especially for loyal customers. Good service builds relationships, not barriers. Starbucks should rethink this approach.

The female manager was extremely rude. My sister and I had orders lattes in a “for here” cups. Starbucks has a new offer where you can get a second drink of a coffee or tea if your first drink is in their for here cup. She yelled at me in front of the customers saying that this is only when the first drink is a black coffee or tea. This is not correct as I had done this in various other stores. This ruined our day I am attaching what google shows for the new Starbucks offer:

Not the friendliest crew, but they are fast and consistent with the drinks which is more important. They seem to be taking more and more furniture away as time goes by, but there plenty of outdoor seating so not a major issue.

Well, starbucks app somehow put my order to this location although I was closer to the other one thatI had reconfirmed 2 times. Then when I put in the order it led me here which I didn't have time for hence why I was doing mobile order. When I got there I waited another 7 minutes on my drink I had ordered 10 minutes before getting there. It tasted bad for one, more syrup than usual. My sandwich had been sitting, heated up on that counter for 15 minutes. The bread was hard. Not happy.

I recently ordered a Ham & Swiss Baguette based on the photo in their menu. What a disappointment! The sandwich, or whatever you would call what I received (I would probably call it an hors d'oeuvre), was priced at $7.75.

I wish I had taken a photo to share what it looked like. It was no more than an inch tall, 6" long, looked more like a croissant than any baguette I've ever seen or eaten, and had the most miniscule amount of ham and swiss on it.

I will never order anything but coffee from a Starbucks again (and only coffee if a Dunkin Donuts or Peet's isn't available)!

The only thing good about this experience was that my order was ready when I arrived.

I ordered a café latte, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. It lacked the quality and taste I enjoy at Starbucks. I believe the barista could benefit from additional training to improve the coffee's flavor
