I recently visited a Starbucks, and while the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, I had an unpleasant experience. When I asked to use the restroom, I was told it was for customers only. When I explained that I was a customer, the staff questioned me about what I had ordered. This was quite uncomfortable. Later, the employee apologized, saying that his boss was present, and he had to ask.

It was disappointing to be treated with suspicion in a place where I expected...

It's a nice place to have coffee, chitchat with friends in the open, work from there while having coffee/snacks. I enjoyed sitting there in a pollution free environment till the order was ready.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to move.

The young female employee in the afternoon was very kind. However, during the afternoon, the male employee did not respond well to customers. The tip to the male employee was a waste.
