Usually pretty good. Ive noticed a new guy who I’ve only seen in the morning. Every time he makes my drink, it’s not very good, but even worse it’s never full. It’s like he only fills my venti cup 3/4s of the way. Which is not cool, but other than that love this location.
Doesn’t look like much, but it’s the best Starbucks in the area. Friendly staff and they make the drinks right, and just good vibe. No weirdos wandering in off the street like you get at some other Starbucks not far away.
I frequent many Starbucks in the San Jose area, but this location is the best . Staff are friendly & greeting the customers is very inviting. Manager is very aware when it gets crowded & helps engage the customers while providing good service. Starbucks Inc should give the employees a bonus for making customers feel welcome z
