I got yelled at by another car today, to get in line. Lol. When I go to this Starbucks all the time and there is never a right line or some days even 3 different lines, so I ask if there is a line at the speaker then the girl replies to me that there is a line and fine that's ok, but my ISSUE WAS SHE Replied to me in an annoyed tone like I was a jerk in this whole situation and not trying to be in line or something, first of all I didn't cut in front of anyone I waited my turn, it wasn't even each line each turn, I know who was ahead of me in the other line and let them all go first, this was how it was always set up when I get Starbucks and not just this location, and never an issue, plus I didn't make these rules. She was telling me how corporations want them to form a line something on your right side, but Okay I don't work for Starbucks and how do I know what corporations want if that's the case, get some sign, paint some line, or get some cones so people know, before there a fight in the parking lot over what is the right line and don't even know who's in the wrong or right, because apparently people get road rage over a line. It doesn't even matter to me, people can go ahead of me but don't come at me like I'm in the wrong when there are no instructions and I just do what I see people do and have been doing it with no issues, every other day people just adult about it and pay attention and know when it's there turn then today someone road rage about it. Lol

I used to go out of my way and drive a little further to this location so I could pick up my mobile order in my PJ’s via the drive-thru. However, the last few times I’ve gone, the drive-thru has been blocked off with chairs and tables, forcing customers to go inside to pickup their orders. I understand things happen and people call out sick but can the drive-thru option be removed in the app or maybe turn off mobile ordering completely? Anyway, I haven’t gone back and don’t plan to. Just going the one that’s closer to me and walking inside in my PJ’s.

I usually love the service at this place but the Barista handing out mobile orders this morning at 7 was terribly rude. I understand she's busy making drinks at the same time but a simple "good morning I'll be right with you" would've gone far. Instead I stood there awkwardly in front of her as she refused to make eye contact. My mobile order included two drinks and 3 pastry items. When she finally asked my name for the order, she only handed the drinks back and did not check the sticker to make sure my order was complete. She went back to ignoring me and I had to ask for the rest of my order. The icing on the cake was when she threw the pastry items at me and walked away. I usually love this location as the baristas have never been rude before and the environment is usually so cheery and upbeat, but I was highly disappointed today. Her name tag was all faded so I didn't get her name but she has long curly/wavy black hair.

1. Service is just below average. The manager/ person taking the order doesn’t know the Starbucks refill policy. I went to ask for the refill and they refused that unless you buy iced coffee then only you can get refill?? I said other Starbucks don’t practice that and then she said then they should. I pulled up Starbucks refill policy online and showed it to her and she is like thanks for the information.2. Furniture at this location is so uncomfortable.I understand that they are always busy but how about you can educate yourself with the store policies you are working at? How about showing some kindness?

Thank you for the shaken water expresso ! Drink was not even brown they slam it with water and milk . Your paying 7$ for water at this point . Compared to other Starbucks your better off going to the one by Oakridge mall because this is a on going issue at this location . Not worth it

I like this place in general, their staff is pretty nice and cool. But when I visited today I'm a bit disappointed. I ordered a cool Venti hatzelnut latte, without ice. I used my own 20oz Starbucks tumbler. The beverage was handed to me half filled! I was told that it was half filled because I ordered no ice. Does this prove that 20oz of beverage which a customer pays $7+ is technically 10oz + ice? I'm pretty sure it is not! When I visited other store they filled it up for me. Even if it is 3/4 filled I won't be this mad.

Your drive thru setup is annoying and blocks a lot of drivers.Wheelchair accessibility: you guys get a nice spot!

Staff is always super friendly & helpful! Clean & comfy seating area. Drive thru can get backed up, but it’s such a convenient option to have. Usually a short line inside.

Well and neatly maintained store. The staffs were friendly and quick. The store has good ambiance.The drive through is available but looks like a long queue, even though it was moving faster.

Was nice place when it’s open. Unfortunately, on Saturday 7:03 on it was closed even on the door and google maps it says it’s open till 8:30. Drive through was closed too :(
