I like this place in general, their staff is pretty nice and cool. But when I visited today I'm a bit disappointed. I ordered a cool Venti hatzelnut latte, without ice. I used my own 20oz Starbucks tumbler. The beverage was handed to me half filled! I was told that it was half filled because I ordered no ice. Does this prove that 20oz of beverage which a customer pays $7+ is technically 10oz + ice? I'm pretty sure it is not! When I visited other store they filled it up for me....read full review
Staff is always super friendly & helpful! Clean & comfy seating area. Drive thru can get backed up, but it’s such a convenient option to have. Usually a short line inside.

I used to go out of my way and drive a little further to this location so I could pick up my mobile order in my PJ’s via the drive-thru. However, the last few times I’ve gone, the drive-thru has been blocked off with chairs and tables, forcing customers to go inside to pickup their orders.
