I’m a regular at this Starbucks, and the baristas here are truly some of the best! This morning, despite how busy it was, Irine went out of her way to help me with my order in such a thoughtful and kind manner. Thank you, Irine, for making my day — your kindness really stood out!

I've been a regular that's come here for the past 6 months, Athena, Mia, and Jill always pays attention to safety, delivers exceptional customer service, listens to the customer, quality of work is top-notch.

they're willing to take on challenging drinks, they all work together well as a team.

I can really see Starbucks treating them well and the work environment being good, good job Starbucks for hiring these three, they all deserve a promotion / raise.

If you ever come to this location avoid contact with this employee.I wanted my drink remade because it didn't taste good, and after some bitter looks she gave me, she reluctantly agreed suddenly making an excuse that she didn't have to since I didn't purchase the drink at the location. If this is true i can understand the policy, but i had previously been a starbucks partner and NEVER denied a customer a drink remake as long as they had proof of purchase and if the drink was still full. They had unprofessional attitude, and just looked like they didn't enjoy their job and looked like they didn't want to be there, so i questioned her claim - she seemed bothered and and was very combative with her responses… I felt like I was being treated differently- ESPECIALLY when I had never been treated like this by ANY employee at Starbucks. I don't know how these employees at this location are trained but they seriously need to do a better job. Disgusting attitude for a so called ‘manager’.

Third time in a row they got my bacon Gouda sandwich wrong!!! Order specifically states that they are to remove the egg and they don’t. Once they forgot to even make the sandwich.

On the recent order they let the expresso sit too long before putting it in the drink and the drink was extremely bitter.

This was the WORST Starbucks experience I have ever had, let me start off with the inside of the place is cute and amazing. I went into this Starbucks knowing they had a new water policy which I asked for because I was having an allergic reaction I go up to the counter and the convo goes a little like this “hey can I get a cup of water? I know they aren’t free I’m willing to pay for it” the cashier goes “you must buy a normal drink then I can give you the water” so I improvised and said “okay, so then can I just get a small americano with a cup of water?” And so he rings me up which was about 3.50$ so I paid it didn’t mind once he was done ringing me up and once I paid i had said “would it be possible for you to hold the Americano and just give me the water I know that I paid for it but I don’t want the Americano I just want the water” he said “don’t worry we will still give it to you” as I was waiting for my order some female worker comes out to lobby and disturbs this random girl sitting down keep in mind this girl was just sitting there on her phone with a sweater on and her headphones in she was curled up in her chair and the worker goes up to her and tells her very rudely “get your shoes off the chair” and so the girl scoots a bit to where her feet aren’t on the other chair and the worker goes and says “all the way” now going back to the cashier he asked for my name which was pointless because they didn’t even call out my name nor the drink(s) when they were ready.

The employee is rude. I just walked out the starbucks at this location. I ordered venti cream brûlée, oatmilk and he was irritated with me, like with such as bad attitude. Then the order came out with grande but i dont want to make it such a big problem so I leave. Please check on ur people.

Very big lobby area so they must get a lot of traffic. But there’s very little sitting area and even fewer places to charge your devices while you work.

Sometimes I’ll go to this drive-through Starbucks instead of the Silver Creek location. I’ve been here with my mom before going to a pumpkin patch nearby & the outlets worked fine for when i needed to charge my phone. Convenient location & standard Starbucks.

This store is understaffed. I realize it gets busy certain times of the day, but lobby was totally full, only three staff making drinks, and the 25 minute wait is not reasonable.
