I was refused service due some event they had this morning and the store had just opened up and not a single customer was in line or even heading over this place. Second day coming here and they blew it for me to ever come back. Day 1 I waited 15 minutes just for a lemonade drink! So sad

Absolutely the worst Starbuscks I've ever been to! 4 people literally bumbling around behind the counter to take 20+ minutes for watery, way wrong ingredients green tea frappucinos. There were either 20 people waiting to order and then over 20 waiting for drinks. Awful! And EXTREMELY filthy. Very, very rude when we asked to have ours remade. Don't bother folks. I feel ripped off!

Came by and ordered a standard dry cappuccino. It came out as a latte. Went back and asked them to redo it. Came back as a latte. I spoke with them, and asked if they’re pouring milk into the drink, and they said yes.… The reason for Starbucks’ decline on quality is because they aren’t training their staff basic coffee barista skills.

I work at the mall and literally come to this Starbucks all the time normally (Jennifer) a girl with glasses always has amazing customer service takes my order but today ! A gentlemen named (David) was beyond ! Disrespectful to me he literally had an attitude and told me “so like are you done ordering or what?” With a terrible attitude even as my order was being made he yelled at another employee which was a taller gentleman . This is def not the environment for him if he can’t work or deal with any person ! Today was my last time here !

I'm only giving this location a 2 for atmosphere because this crazy woman ordered a tall hot chocolate for her kids and she absolutely had to have 6oz each with whipped cream. She made it too complicated when she was talking to the cashier. Then when he charged her and paid, she complained that her card was charged and she wanted to use points on top of an employee discount. Like lady please leave.
