I used to be a regular here, the quality of the food and drinks used to be great. But the last 10 times i’ve come here, the quality and the service has been terrible. The amount of times my drink has been messed up here is insane, paying $7 for a coffee that’s not even good. Today the barista told me the reason there’s absolutely no foam on my drink, even though i payed EXTRA for it, is because one of their baristas made a bad batch. Why is that my fault as a customer? Anyways my coworkers also constantly complain about this store. Hire some new people.

So, they stop serving Blonde roast at 11AM. It doesn't make much sense. Us blonde roast lovers can only get a fresh brew between certain hours? Not very nice Starbucks. ?But there are few coffee beristas that will do a pour-over for you, if you ask nicely. Sure, it takes 10-20 minutes to get a cup of straight blonde roast. But at least you can get the blonde coffee you enjoy. Thank you to the few that will take on the extra work. Maybe the management can allow blonde roast to be served all day, just like you have that yucky pikes place roast available while you're open.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to enter the sidewalk. The door is a double door for wide chaire to enter and exit.

0 stars. They need to stop hiring these d*** high school kids, almost fired on the curly headed goof he took 5 minutes to take the previous persons order then turns around to wrap up a sandwich, no body has time for that, never going to this Starbucks. Might just quit coffee all together

We came by around 7:30pm ordered through drive thru hadn't been this side of town long time wasn't sure what to expect as far as service however the youngman hot the orders correct actually my mocha frappe with matcha and Java chips was the best one I had. I work retail and have a Starbucks in store and also tried various locations this is the first time I actually enjoyed the very last drop it was well blended and the ratio of flavors was delicious. Thank you to the crew and barista at this location you ROCK!

Horrible service. Eddie can't keep up with the drink orders. Food is always great, along with the ambiance of course, but Eddie really needs to step it up. I just want my iced peach green tea lemonade (with light ice).
