Practically every time I go in there the employees are chatting and barely working. They take a long time to make the drinks because they are so busy talking to each other. The last time I was in there, I was the only one there. I noticed that it took several minutes before the girl making the drinks even started and it was not because she was busy with anything else related to the business. They need to stop chatting so much in front of customers and show that they are working...
Service great at the counter, a couple off days for the barista. But still good, uniform with other stores. No outdoor seating, it's a smaller location.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's wheelchair parking, but I didn't find a ramp at that end of the sidewalk, so had help over the curb. Door is fine, so scout it out from the car 1st.
