Their drink is good but customer service needs a lot of improvement, some of the staff are unfriendly. I stopped going here because I've seen how some staff reacted to some customers without attentiveness and I've experienced it myself, one barista made my drink but missed my topping, the order was thru mobile app, when I came in I didn't recognize my drink and waited for more than 5 mins. I came to ask the barista, she just grabbed the drink on the counter and filled in the topping and put it back on the counter without saying anything, plus with her unhappy, expressionless face.

Not one single sanitizer in the entire store and they have five.. bathroom did not have soap

Extremely slow service and white mocha is horrible. Just because you say hot, they made it so hot you really have to wait for more than 15.minutes to drink . it's that hot. Thumbs down

"I've been a regular at this Starbucks for years, but lately, the service has taken a drastic turn for the worse. The staff seems incredibly uninterested , often leaving customers waiting for extended periods without even acknowledging their presence. The drink preparation process is haphazard, with no effort made to announce when drinks are ready, leaving customers to guess and scramble to find their orders. The online ordering system is unreliable, frequently displaying items as out of stock when they are, in fact, available. The food ordering process is equally frustrating, with staff often failing to notice orders placed and requiring customers to remind them of their pending sandwiches. This is so different from how it used to be here. It's disheartening to see this location fall so far.

Some new staff are extremely unprofessional and seem to be missing training, I would rather go to near by stores until that is fixed! Had a very poor experience this morning on picking up my coffee. I ordered it over the app as I do every morning for the past few years, I arrived about 15 mins later and I couldn't find it on the counter, which happens sometimes, no big issue, I asked the barista if she would check my name and confirm it's on the pipeline, she didn't look at me and just said if it's not on the counter then it's on the way as they have a long line. I understand the overload at that time of the day and just waited outside for another 10 or 15 mins, I came back in and it was still not there, I asked her again to double check because I'm worried my order has been missed/skipped for whatever reason, she insisted I must have ordered it at a different store and that they ran out of PSL anyways (what I ordered), another one came to confirm, she didn't like that I'm holding the phone while showing her the order on the app, acted like I offended her by that I don't understand why, so she asked me to give her my phone so she can look herself (she was specially rude and unprofessional during the process, even though I was super friendly). After confirming they actually missed my order somehow she said she'll make it for me, and she actually did, in exactly 10 or 15 seconds! I didn't even see her add espresso shots, I just took it and left. On the first sip I realized that what she gave me is basically closer to hot water and milk more than any kind of a coffee drink, no hints of coffee or any spices, undrinkable really.I'm specially disappointed because I'm a regular at this store for few years now and I used to know most of the staff by their first names, but something clearly happened recently and they had to bring new people with no experienced store managers on the floor..

They let homeless people use the restroom so paying customers have to wait 20+ minutes while they're doing who knows what in there. Asked to use the employee restroom while homeless guy was in there and employee says no it's only for employees. Maybe make an exception for me since you did for homeless guy???

10x better than the Aborn white location.Staff at 8:45am so friendly patient and understanding. Sure there are some off days here like any franchise but a majority of the time this location is awesome

Best coffee ever I'm a Starbucks lover and I haven't not had a bad time yet the setting is so cozy and the coffee is so refreshing

Super slow to receive your order. always happen in here. Order at least 30 minutes ahead and still waiting. It has happened to me a few times.

I found an emptied salt packet in my drink after I finished it. I mobile ordered my drink so it was probably out for a few minutes and I’m not sure if it was put in my drink or if it fell in while my drink was being made. Regardless, it’s still gross to find articles in a drink that don’t belong.
