Dubai chocolate matcha is my fav, the one i got from this location tasted nothing like it!
Had a weird after taste.

Just Ordered a Venti earl grey tea and I opened the lid there was milk mixed in. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE LITERALLY HOT WATER AND THE BAGS OF TEA. Why do you maliciously add another substances that made it look like hot chocolate. If u hate doing ur job QUIT.

Employees charge me for the Blonde roast yet don’t actually use the Blonde Roast, purposely make my drink incorrectly daily, at times the entire cup is milk. I Have complained multiple times and when I ask them to remake it they get upset/rude. Make it right the first time!! This is the only store that does this every other Starbucks I go to makes it correct with the Blonde Roast.

ordered large coffee gets barely half a cup

I went to these Starbucks this morning to get 4 coffees I went inside The older Latino lady curly hair. She have no name on so I didn’t know her name she was rude she yelled at me twice for no reasons I ordered 4 coffees. I was ready to scan my phone so I can pay for. She asked me what’s your name, sir I answer I am going to pay with my phone so my name will come up she yelled at me again and again what’s your name, sir? I need to know your name I give my name no problem I was waiting a few minutes later my coffee was ready. She just sit my coffee on top of the counter. I ask for Trey to carry it out, my coffee into my truck her response to me was we out of those trays? No customer service at all wonder if his store manager has idea what’s going on

This Starbucks location is consistently disappointing. While pulling into the parking lot, an employee in a car with a large pentagram charm on the rear window and visible ear gauges cut me off aggressively without signaling, nearly causing an accident. I had to brake hard to avoid a collision. Moments later, inside the store, I watched the same person clock in and start their shift.Service was slow, with a long wait despite multiple staff members present. My latte was overly hot and bitter, tasting like over-extracted or old grounds. Order accuracy and drink quality seem to be ongoing issues here based on patterns in other reviews—wrong temperatures, watery iced drinks, inconsistent preparation.

Who ever made the oatmilk pecan latte the morning of 11/3 you are unmatched gods gift to the earth because it was extremely well made&good.

Went through drive thru they took my order when I got to the window they handed me my order except for my other drink and when I asked about it they said they didn't have it on the order I was annoyed and left

Today I visited this location to get a regular coffee and a few breakfast items. I received my coffee first, and everything seemed normal at the beginning. However, after waiting for about 10 minutes, my food still hadn’t come out. There were several baristas working, but no one seemed to notice me waiting. I decided not to say anything to see if anyone would acknowledge me, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen.

Eventually, one of the baristas kindly approached me and asked if I was waiting for something else. I told her yes, and she immediately took action to help me. She had a big smile, a positive attitude, and handled the situation quickly and professionally—I really appreciated her help!

While she stood out for her friendliness and attentiveness, I did notice that the rest of the team didn’t seem very engaged or cheerful, especially for a Sunday shift.

Overall, I’m grateful for the excellent service from the barista who assisted me, and I hope her positive attitude sets an example for the rest of the team.

I was having a horrible day so I decided to make a stop to get a coffee, while I was waiting I saw a girl named Kiran handing over costumer's orders with a big smile and so kind, she was sweet and joyful, and that instantly make me feel better.

Next door to the VA medical clinic. Service was great. Very clean and lots of seating. Drive thru was brisk and in looked like they are very efficient. Great place to hide and hour away in.

Love this Starbucks. Location is great right off of Coyote Creek Trail. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Drinks are always made efficiently as possible and correct. Not much more to ask for!
