Most of the downtown Starbucks seem to be closed in San Jose which is not a loss as they all look like bummed out buildings more likely to be found in Fallujah than South of San Francisco that said this one is here and doing well thanks to awesome staff like Alex to go out of their way to help and are examples of enthusiasm and energy unbelievably so even at the most odd and tiring of times.

Staff are rude and they are very immature. We pay alot to get our drinks and they shouldnt work there if they dont want to make our drinks correctly. Taylor manager is very nice and understanding.

Gentleman who helped me was a nice guy and he helped me figure out which drink to order. Drink was great and it was the new passion energy drink on ice. They maybe just need to find time to tidy up the front a bit. I'm sure it might have been the quiet time of day there after the long morning rush but it would have added a little more shine to the experience is all.
